当代大学生就业意识的调查与分析

【摘要】:在我国经济进入高速发展的同时,劳动力的供需状况受市场经济的影响供需并不平衡。当代大学生的成长环境与其他群体的成长环境有着较大的不同,他们成长于社会经济快速发展时期,生活条件比较优越,物质生活得到充分的满足,个性特征也非常明显。在他们的成长过程中也遇到各种文化、各种思潮对他们观念意识的冲击,他们的就业意识也受到相应的影响。论文通过对南京高校当代大学生的随机调查,对当代大学生的就业意识情况进行调查,文章对当代大学生的就业倾向、影响其就业的因素、就业准备以及就业认知等方面的调查内容做分析说明,找出大学生就业意识形成过程中存在的主要问题,并探究其成因,提出相应的对策。 本文主要为三部分内容:第一部分主要是对调查问卷及结果进行描述、分析,主要从就业倾向、影响因素、就业心理与就业准备、自我认知四个方面分析,得出存在的问题。第二部分主要是从主观和客观两个角度探究问题的成因。第三部分则从成因出发,分别从当代大学生个人、社会政府、用人单位、学校和家庭等主体角度提出相应的对策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the supply and demand of labor force is not balanced by the market economy. The growing environment of contemporary college students is quite different from that of other groups. They grew up in the period of rapid development of social economy, living conditions are superior, material life is fully satisfied, and personality characteristics are very obvious. In the process of their growth, they also encounter various cultures, the impact of various trends of thought on their sense of consciousness, their sense of employment is also affected by the corresponding. Through the random investigation of the contemporary college students in Nanjing, this paper investigates the employment consciousness of the contemporary college students, and analyzes the employment tendency of the contemporary college students and the factors affecting their employment. This paper analyzes and explains the investigation contents of employment preparation and employment cognition, finds out the main problems existing in the forming process of college students' employment consciousness, and probes into the causes and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The first part is the description and analysis of the questionnaire and the results, mainly from four aspects: employment tendency, influencing factors, employment psychology and employment preparation, and self-cognition. The second part is mainly from the subjective and objective perspectives to explore the causes of the problem. The third part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the angle of individual, social government, employing unit, school and family and so on.
