山西高校青年教师政治教育问题研究

【摘要】：不断加强和改进青年教师的思想政治教育已经被列为目前高校思想政治教育的重点工作,思想政治教育已经成为高校的思想政治教育的一项主要的内容。青年教师的思想政治行为和品质,在很大程度上影响着良好社会风尚的形成,促进和谐社会的构建,在一定意义上决定中华民族的未来。高校职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,但又与普通高等教育存在一定差异,高校教育侧重于青年教师的能力培养,培养的是面向生产、建设、管理、服务第一线的应用技能型人才,强调培养目标的职业定向性。由于这种培养模式的特殊性,对高校青年教师的思想政治教育提出了更高的要求。面对高校青年教师思想政治道德缺失所引发的问题,我们应理性地分析高校青年教师思想政治教育的具体现状,准确把握高校青年教师思想政治缺失的现象,并深刻地分析其产生的原因,采取相对积极有效的对策,加强对高校青年教师的思想政治教育,提高高校青年教师的思想政治素质,进一步完善高校青年教师人格素养。在传统思想政治教育管理教学中出现的问题越来越突出,这就要求对思想政治教育管理教学按照新课改的要求进行改革。如何通过高校青年教师思想政治教育管理教学模式的改革,让青年教师能够在高校思想政治教育管理学习中充分发挥自我潜能,将高校思想政治教育管理的学习与现代社会的发展联合起来,它是目前高校的思想政治教育的管理应该重视的重要问题。高校的青年教师的思想政治教育被列为一个庞大的系统工程,我们要坚持贴近生活、贴近实际、贴近青年教师遵守的原则,探索积极有效的思想政治教育有效方法,建立健全高校青年教师思想政治教育人文关怀的长效机制,有效增强高校思想政治教育的针对性、实效性和吸引力、感染力,不断促进青年教师的健康成长,实现人的科学发展。本论文的组织结构：第一章绪论。包括选题背景和意义,研究现状及研究思路与方法；第二章高校青年教师思想政治教育的重要性和必要性。本章针对高校青年教师思想政治教育的内涵进行分析,并相应的阐述了对于加强青年教师的思想政治教育必要性和重要性；第三章山西省高校青年教师思想政治教育的现状分析。通过运用心理学、社会学等相关学科内容,阐释山西省高校青年教师的思想政治状况并作出结果分析；第四章高校青年教师思想政治教育存在的主要问题及原因分析。在问卷调查的基础上重点探讨高校青年教师思想政治教育存在的主要问题,并进行原因分析；第五章深入剖析造成高校青年教师思想政治现状历史的、家庭的、现实的原因并且结合工作和实践,提出了一些尽量行之有效的改善建议：即遵循道德发展规律,完善教师思想政治教育机制,遵循教师成长规律,推进思想政治建设的深度和广度,遵循高等教育改革发展的规律,加强对青年教师的管理。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education of young teachers in colleges and universities has become an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities .

The organizational structure of this paper : Chapter 1 Introduction , including the background and significance of the selection , the research situation and the research thoughts and methods ;
The second chapter analyzes the connotation of the ideological and political education of young teachers in colleges and universities , and expounds the necessity and importance of strengthening the ideological and political education of young teachers .
The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the ideological and political education of young teachers in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province . Through the application of relevant subjects such as psychology and sociology , the ideological and political situation of young teachers in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province is explained and the results are analyzed ;
Chapter four analyzes the main problems and causes of the ideological and political education of young teachers in colleges and universities . On the basis of the questionnaire , the main problems existing in the ideological and political education of young teachers in colleges and universities are discussed , and the reasons are analyzed .
The fifth chapter analyzes the causes of the ideological and political status of the young teachers in colleges and universities , the reasons of the family and the reality , and puts forward some suggestions to improve the teachers ' ideological and political education mechanism , the depth and the breadth of the ideological and political construction , the law of the reform and development of the higher education , and the strengthening of the management of the young teachers .
