西部地区工科院校大学生创业教育调查——以云、桂、川、黔12所地方工科院校为样本调查

【摘要】：通过问卷调查、访谈等形式,对西部12所地方工科院校大学生的创业教育现状开展实地调研。结果表明,当前大学生对创业兴趣浓厚,但面临着创业能力和创业执行力双重不足的问题;大学生对创业教育需求强烈,但对高校创业课程的参与度较低;高校对大学生创业教育的支持不足,创业教育专任师资短缺、创业教育课程过于理论化以及创业教育形式单一化等问题突出。对此,西部地方工科院校必须加快创业教育专任教师队伍建设,形成一支结构合理、专兼职匹配的师资团队,积极推进多元化的创业教育课程体系建设,形成阶段化的创业教育体系,构建"政府、学校、社会、家庭"等多元主体联动的创业教育服务体系。
[Abstract]:By means of questionnaire investigation and interview, the present situation of entrepreneurship education in 12 local engineering colleges in western China was investigated. The results show that college students have a strong interest in entrepreneurship, but they are faced with the problem of dual deficiency of entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial executive power, and college students have a strong demand for entrepreneurship education, but low participation in entrepreneurship courses in colleges and universities. The lack of support for entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the shortage of full-time teachers in entrepreneurship education, the over-theorization of entrepreneurship education curriculum and the singleness of entrepreneurial education form are prominent problems. In view of this, local engineering colleges and universities in the western region must speed up the construction of full-time teachers in entrepreneurship education, form a team of teachers with reasonable structure and matching full-time and part-time jobs, and actively promote the construction of a diversified curriculum system of entrepreneurship education. To form a stage-oriented entrepreneurship education system, and to construct a multi-subject system of entrepreneurship education service, such as government, school, society, family and so on.
