我国师范大学教育学院合法性危机研究

【摘要】:随着政治、经济、文化的发展和教师教育国际化改革趋势的不断推进,目前我国师范大学教育学院在履行人才培养、科学研究、社会服务这三大职能的过程中出现了瓶颈,现行的教师教育体制已经表现出诸多的时代不适应性,与此同时,我国师范大学教育学院也面临合法性危机,并以认同危机、就业危机、科研危机和服务危机等不同的危机形态表现出来。为顺利化解各项危机,我国师范大学教育学院应从各方面进行努力。 本文以大卫·拉伯雷的“无害-无益论”和尤尔根·哈贝马斯的“合法性危机理论”为理论视角,结合问卷调查中发现的我国师范大学教育学院所存在的危机现状,详细剖析了目前我国师范大学教育学院在人才培养、科学研究和社会服务等方面出现的弊端,并针对这一现象提出了相应的解决策略和改进方案。 论文共分五个部分。第一部分为导论,分别从理论和现实层面阐释了问题提出的原因,另外,详细罗列了国内外相关的文献综述,并对研究内容、研究方法和研究思路做了整体概况。第二部分为合法性危机的理论概述,对合法性危机理论的具体内容做了详细介绍并对相关概念进行区分。第三部分是对我国师范大学教育学院合法性危机的理论阐释。第四部分则开始对我国师范大学教育学院的合法性危机进行现实分析,包括在现实分析前所做的各项努力,如进行调研区域筛选、问卷发放和专家访谈,通过调研发现,我国师范大学教育学院合法性危机的具体表现形态为:认同危机、就业危机、科研危机和服务危机。第五部分是化解我国师范大学教育学院合法性危机的策略探求:要解决认同危机,就应更新办学理念,构建严格的教师资格证书制度和教师教育机构认证制度,建立多元开放的教师教育体制;要解决就业危机,就要变更人才培养模式,调整师资结构,优化课程体系;要解决科研危机,,就应贯彻洪堡原则,加强合作研究,健全教育科研管理体制与评价体制;要解决服务危机,就要逐步强化服务意识,科学定位服务范围,适当增加服务内容。只有积极应对挑战,主动寻求出路,才能顺利的化危机为转机。
[Abstract]:With the development of the political, economic and cultural development and the trend of the reform of the internationalization of teachers' education, there are bottlenecks in the three functions of the College of education in our normal universities in the performance of talent training, scientific research and social service. The current teacher education system has shown many times inadaptability, at the same time, I The Education College of the National Normal University is also faced with the crisis of legitimacy, and is displayed in different forms of crisis, such as identity crisis, employment crisis, scientific research crisis and service crisis. In order to smooth out various crises, the Education College of Normal University in China should make efforts from all aspects.
This paper, based on the theory of "innocuous and unbeneficial" and Jurgen Habermas's "theory of legitimacy crisis", combines the current situation of the crisis in the Education College of our normal university, which is found in the questionnaire survey, and analyzes in detail the training, scientific research and social clothing of the Education College of our normal university. This paper puts forward corresponding solutions and improvement plans for this phenomenon.
The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, which explains the reasons for the problem from both the theoretical and practical aspects. In addition, it lists the relevant literature review at home and abroad, and makes a general overview of the research content, research methods and research ideas. The second part is a summary of the theory of the legal crisis and the theory of the legitimacy crisis. The third part is the theoretical explanation of the legitimacy crisis of the Education College of our normal university. The fourth part begins to analyze the reality of the legitimacy crisis of the Education College of our normal university, including all the efforts made before the actual analysis, such as the investigation area. Through the screening, questionnaire and expert interview, it is found through investigation that the concrete manifestations of the legitimacy crisis of the Education College of our normal university are identity crisis, employment crisis, scientific research crisis and service crisis. The fifth part is to resolve the strategy of resolving the legal crisis of the Education College of Normal University of our country: to solve the identity crisis, it should be updated. In order to solve the crisis of employment, we should change the mode of talent training, adjust the structure of teachers, and optimize the curriculum system. In order to solve the crisis of scientific research, we should implement the Humboldt principle, strengthen the cooperative research and improve the education. Scientific research management system and evaluation system; to solve the service crisis, we should gradually strengthen the service consciousness, scientifically locate the service scope, and appropriately increase the content of service. Only by actively responding to the challenge and seeking a way out actively, can the crisis turn smoothly.
