留学服务供应链建模及其发展成功因素研究

【摘要】:自中国改革开放以来,出国留学的人数逐年增长。由最初的混乱到留学的规模化发展带动了留学服务市场的迅速膨胀,其市场规模逐年扩大。随着自费留学的持续升温,催生了留学服务市场的快速发展,留学中介机构日益成为中国公民出国留学的一个重要的渠道。留学服务供应链的逐渐规范,帮助公民办理出国留学方面做了许多有益的工作,发挥了重要作用。但是,整个留学服务供应链运行复杂,在服务的过程中难免会有失误和服务方式不当,同时在经济利益的驱动下,个别留学中介违背了诚信原则,利用各种手段欺骗消费者。 本文运用petri网建模进行模拟仿真,首先根据留学服务供应链的行业现状,建立了留学服务供应链的基础模型,并在此基础之上利用PIPE软件构建了留学服务供应链的Petri网的基本流程,然后就供应链结构和性能进行了一些分析。并以启德教育集团为典型案例,结合相关软件运用关联矩阵方法对整个供应链进行了有效的分析,对留学服务供应链中的一些问题进行了剖析,并提出了相应的改进意见,为留学管理者和设计者在留学供应链建设和优化过程中提供了一些有益的参考。在留学服务供应链的发展过程中,本文以理论结合实际问题的思路分析了留学服务供应链的发展关键因素。 为了研究留学申请阶段的市场动向以及留学服务行业在发展中的成功因素,了解留学申请者对出国考试培训机构以及留学中介机构的依赖和信任程度,探寻整体行业发展空间,本文开展了留学中介机构市场调查,综合梳理出留学申请者对市场的认可程度,为市场各方了解行业提供一定的支持和帮助。依次介绍了本次调查采取的主要方式,重点调查和分析中国申请留学者对出国考试培训及留学中介机构的认知状况,主要分析留学申请者的选择机构标准;还有对出国考试培训及留学中介机构收费标准的反馈,最后为留学申请者机构选择过程中的建议。本文具体的研究内容如下: 第一章是绪论部分,主要介绍本文的研究背景和意义,以及留学服务行业的发展现状,并对五大国家的留学特点进行了简单的介绍,为本文顺利开展研究提供背景参考。第二章具体介绍服务供应链的基本概念,接着阐述服务供应链的研究现状,和供应链建模和成功因素分析方法的理论综述,为本文的研究提供一定的参考价值。第三章是对本文的研究思路、目的以及研究方法进行了说明,并介绍了本文的特色与创新。第四章是基于Petri网的留学服务供应链建模研究,首先介绍了Petri网的历史和发展、基本概念和行为性质。其次,阐述了Petri网的研究模型,介绍了Petri网的留学服务供应链模型的构建步骤,并进行了分析。第五章以启德教育集团作为案例,对其服务供应链运行模型进行了提取,最后基于Petri网启德留学机构在运行过程中存在的问题,并提供了对策建议。第六章是留学服务供应链发展成功因素的调查问卷分析研究,通过调查问卷的方式对数据进行了收集分析,最后根据研究结果提出相关的对策建议。第七章是结论总结和研究展望部分。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up of China, the number of students studying abroad has increased year by year. From the initial chaos to the large-scale development of studying abroad, the rapid expansion of the service market for studying abroad has expanded the market scale year by year. With the continuous heating up of studying abroad, the rapid development of the service market for studying abroad has led to a growing number of Chinese citizens. An important channel for studying abroad. The gradual standardization of the study service supply chain has made many beneficial work to help the citizens to study abroad. However, the whole supply chain of the overseas service is complicated, and it is unavoidable in the process of service and the improper way of service, at the same time, it is driven by economic benefits. Under the circumstances, individual study agents violate the principle of honesty and use various means to deceive consumers.
In this paper, the Petri network modeling is used to simulate and simulate. First, based on the current situation of the service supply chain, the basic model of the service supply chain is established. On this basis, the basic flow of Petri network in the supply chain of overseas service supply chain is built on the basis of PIPE software, and then the structure and performance of the supply chain are analyzed. As a typical case, the German education group has carried out an effective analysis of the whole supply chain by using related matrix method with related software, analyzes some problems in the supply chain of overseas service, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the supply chain for overseas students and designers in the process of building and optimizing the supply chain of studying abroad. In the development of the service supply chain of overseas students, this paper analyzes the key factors of the development of the service supply chain based on the theory combined with practical problems.
In order to study the market trend in the application stage of study abroad and the success factors in the development of the overseas service industry, to understand the dependence and trust of overseas students on the training institutions of the overseas examination and the degree of trust in the foreign agency, the paper has carried out a survey on the market of the international agencies in the study abroad, and comprehensively combs the application for study abroad. The degree of recognition of the market will provide some support and help for the market parties to understand the industry. The main methods adopted in this survey are introduced in turn, focusing on the investigation and analysis of the cognitive status of the Chinese applicants for the training of the overseas examination and the agency of the overseas students. The feedback from the national examination training and the fee collection standards of the overseas study agencies is finally recommended for the selection process of the applicants.
The first chapter is the introduction part, which mainly introduces the background and significance of the study, as well as the status of the development of the service industry in the five countries, and gives a brief introduction to the characteristics of the study in the major countries. The second chapter introduces the basic concepts of the service supply chain, and then expounds the research on the service supply chain. The present situation, the theory of supply chain modeling and the analysis of successful factor analysis methods provide a certain reference value for this paper. The third chapter is a description of the research ideas, purposes and research methods of this paper, and introduces the characteristics and innovation of this article. The fourth chapter is the research on the modeling of the service supply chain based on Petri network. The history and development of Petri network, basic concept and behavior nature are introduced. Secondly, the research model of Petri net is expounded, the construction steps of Petri network service supply chain model are introduced and analyzed. The fifth chapter takes the Eic education group as a case to extract the service supply chain operation model and finally is based on the Petri. The sixth chapter is the investigation and analysis of the successful factors of the service supply chain development in the sixth chapter. The data is collected and analyzed through the questionnaire. Finally, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the results of the study. The seventh chapter is the conclusion and research. Look into the prospect part.
