高校亚文化背景下大学校园文化建设研究

【摘要】:大学是知识、思想的摇篮,是文化积淀、传承、发展的重要阵地。大学校园文化作为社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分,是弘扬、发展中国特色社会主义先进文化的辐射源和领军力量。近年来,随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立和发展,,高校亚文化对大学校园文化建设的影响愈加突出,一方面表现为丰富校园文化内容、助推社会化发展、满足大学生心里需求等积极影响;另一方面又呈现出弱化校园主流文化主导地位、影响大学校园文化功能建设、削弱高校思想政治教育效果等消极影响。高校亚文化对大学校园文化的负面作用削弱了高校主流文化的核心地位,深刻影响着大学校园文化的健康发展。 本文以高校亚文化发展为背景,从规避高校亚文化负面影响、促进校园文化健康发展的目标出发,在全面梳理大学校园文化、高校亚文化和高校主流文化相关理论的基础上,借助问卷调查的实证研究方法,系统把握高校亚文化影响下大学文化建设存在的主要问题及主要原因,并找准前提、核心、关键、重点这四大突破口,提出高校亚文化背景下大学校园文化建设的对策。 本文分为以下几个部分: 第一部分对选题背景、研究意义、国内外研究综述及研究框架和方法的系统论述。 第二部分对大学校园文化、高校亚文化、高校主流文化进行内涵界定,对高校亚文化对大学校园文化建设的双重影响的理论分析。 第三部分借助问卷调查的方法,分别阐述高校健康亚文化、高校中性亚文化、高校不良亚文化的作用背景下大学校园文化建设的主要问题。 第四部分从社会、学校、学生三个角度全面分析高校亚文化背景下大学校园文化建设存在问题的原因分析。 第五部分找准高校亚文化背景下大学校园文化建设的前提、核心、关键及重点,为大学校园文化的健康发展提供对策建议。
[Abstract]:University is the cradle of knowledge and thought, and the important position of cultural accumulation, inheritance and development. As an important part of socialist advanced culture, university campus culture is the radiation source and leading force of carrying forward and developing advanced socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. In recent years, with the establishment and development of the socialist market economy system, the influence of university subculture on the construction of university campus culture has become more and more prominent. On the one hand, it is manifested in enriching the content of campus culture and promoting the development of socialization. On the other hand, it shows negative effects such as weakening the dominant position of campus mainstream culture, affecting the function construction of campus culture and weakening the effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The negative effect of college subculture on campus culture weakens the core position of the mainstream culture and deeply influences the healthy development of university campus culture. Based on the background of the development of university subculture and the goal of avoiding the negative influence of university subculture and promoting the healthy development of campus culture, this paper comprehensively combs the relevant theories of university campus culture, university subculture and university mainstream culture. With the help of the empirical research method of questionnaire, this paper systematically grasps the main problems and main reasons of university cultural construction under the influence of subculture, and finds out the premise, the core, the key and the key points. The countermeasures of campus culture construction under the background of university sub-culture are put forward. This article is divided into the following parts: The first part is the background, significance, domestic and foreign research review and research framework and methods of systematic discussion. The second part defines the connotation of university campus culture, university subculture and university mainstream culture, and analyzes the double influence of university subculture on the construction of university campus culture. The third part, with the help of questionnaire, expounds the main problems in the construction of university campus culture under the background of healthy subculture, neutral subculture and bad sub-culture. The fourth part comprehensively analyzes the causes of the problems in the construction of university campus culture under the background of university subculture from the three angles of society, school and students. The fifth part is to find out the premise, the core, the key points and the key points of campus culture construction under the background of university subculture, and to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the healthy development of university campus culture.
