社会反应理论在高校思想政治教育工作中的运用研究

【摘要】:社会反应理论是20世纪中期兴起的一股社会学思潮,它致力于研究人的错误行为,越轨行为,并试图通过一种重新定义或标定的过程来使那些原来被认为是有问题的人恢复为“正常人”。社会反应理论告诫我们不要用闭塞的、排斥的眼光看待别人,不要只关注人的负面行为。它不仅在人才的培养上给我们以启示,而且更引导我们去寻找人才培养的新方法。在我们创新高校思想政治教育工作的道路上,同样可以在社会反应理论的内容中得到启迪和借鉴。 本文从社会反应理论的内涵、基本思想、国内外发展现状和运用意义等出发,论述了社会反应理论在高校思想政治教育工作中运用的可行性,提出了社会反应理论运用于高校思想政治教育工作的要求和原则。首先,在论述越轨行为的出现原因和形成过程的基础上,提出了消极的社会反应给高校教育带来的不良影响。其次,论述了社会反应理论提供的理念、视角和弥补传统思想政治教育的不足,这些都是它能运用于高校思想政治教育工作中的价值所在。最后,明确了运用社会反应理论丰富高校思想政治教育工作的路径选择。 社会反应理论的理念和方法从最开始的只有少部分社会学家研究到现在逐渐被越来越多的各领域学者专家所运用,这其中的发展,正是因为它体现了以人为本的思想和这个时代的人文精神。根据党和国家的要求,高校思想政治教育工作要更加尊重大学生的主体地位,提高大学生承受负面情绪的能力、减少大学生的违法犯罪行为、营造适合大学生学习的良好的校园环境,真正做到减少“问题学生”的数量。运用社会反应理论的原理于高校思想政治教育工作中,必将极大地提高工作的实效性。
[Abstract]:The theory of social reaction is a sociological trend of thought rising in the middle of the 20th century. It is devoted to the study of people's wrong behavior and deviant behavior. Through a redefinition or calibration process, attempts are made to restore "normal people" to those who were considered problematic. Social response theory teaches us not to look at others in an obsequious, exclusive way, and not to focus only on negative behavior. It not only enlightens us in the cultivation of talents, but also leads us to find new ways to train talents. On the way of innovating ideological and political education in colleges and universities, we can also get inspiration and reference from the content of social reaction theory. This paper discusses the feasibility of the application of social response theory in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, starting from the connotation, basic ideas, development situation and application significance of the social response theory at home and abroad. The requirements and principles of applying social response theory to ideological and political education in colleges and universities are put forward. First of all, on the basis of discussing the causes and forming process of deviant behavior, this paper puts forward the negative influence of negative social reaction on college education. Secondly, it discusses the concept, angle of view and the deficiency of traditional ideological and political education provided by social response theory, which is the value that it can be applied to ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Finally, the author clarifies the choice of the way to enrich the ideological and political education in colleges and universities by using the social reaction theory. The ideas and methods of social response theory from the beginning only a small number of sociologists to the present gradually used by more and more scholars and experts in various fields, the development of which, It is precisely because it embodies the idea of people-oriented and the humanistic spirit of this era. According to the requirements of the Party and the state, the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities should more respect the main position of college students, improve their ability to bear negative emotions, and reduce the illegal and criminal activities of college students. To create a good campus environment suitable for college students to reduce the number of problem students. Applying the theory of social response to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities will greatly improve the effectiveness of the work.
