云南与印度高等教育合作研究

【摘要】:云南与印度高等教育的国际化趋势日益明显。尽管中印的政治关系处于不冷不热的状态,但是云南与印度之间的高等教育合作却有很大的发展空间。中印两国都是发展中国家,高等教育发展的国情基本相同,所以探讨云南与印度高等教育之间的联系是非常必要的。云南位于我国的西南部边疆,与印度比较接近,具有与其合作天然地缘优势。随着云南作为面向东南亚、南亚桥头堡建设,以及印度东向政策的完善,云南与印度的联系将会非常密切。云南与印度的高等教育机构将会进行比较全面的合作,印度的高等教育将会以计算机软件等优势专业向云南的高等教育机构推介和引入,,云南则会将初等教育和中等教育的经验推介给印度,双方具有较强地互补性。云南在与印度的高等教育进行合作的过程中,将会极大地提升云南的高等教育的国际化水平。 本文主要有四个章节构成: 第一章简单介绍关于跨国高等教育内涵;跨国高等教育的发展动力主要来自于当今世界经济的全球化,其次的动力来自于信息社会的驱动;云南和印度各自跨国高等教育合作进展;跨国高等教育合作可以提升本国高等教育的国际化水平和形象,宣传本国的文化和价值观,扩大国际交流,促进多元文化的沟通和理解。 第二章主要介绍云南与印度高等教育之间的合作机制。云南与印度高等教育整体规模不断扩大。云南与印度高等教育各自具有不同的特色以及优劣势。云南与印度高等教育毛入学率正在不断提升。云南与印度高等教育专业结构不断得到优化。我们应该因地制宜地选择云南与印度之间的合作形式。政府在云南与印度高等教育合作中的角色定位。 第三章主要介绍云南与印度高等教育之间的合作的平台建设,其中包括语言选择、信息交换、课程设置和专门人才的培养等内容。 第四章主要介绍影响云南和印度跨国高等教育合作的因素,其中包括国家关系因素、竞争性因素、政策性因素、文化差异因素和经济制约因素等内容。
[Abstract]:The internationalization trend of higher education in Yunnan and India is increasingly obvious. Although the political relations between China and India are in a lukewarm state, there is much room for higher education cooperation between Yunnan and India. China and India are both developing countries, and the development of higher education is basically the same, so it is necessary to explore the relationship between Yunnan and India. Yunnan is located in the southwestern border of our country, which is close to India and has the natural geographical advantage of cooperation with it. With Yunnan as a bridgehead for Southeast Asia, South Asia and the improvement of India's eastward policy, Yunnan and India will be closely linked. Yunnan and India's higher education institutions will have more comprehensive cooperation. India's higher education will be introduced to Yunnan's higher education institutions with advantages such as computer software. Yunnan will promote the experience of primary and secondary education to India, the two sides are highly complementary. In the process of cooperation with higher education in India, Yunnan will greatly improve the internationalization of higher education in Yunnan. There are four chapters in this paper: The first chapter briefly introduces the connotation of transnational higher education: the development power of transnational higher education mainly comes from the globalization of the world economy, the second power comes from the driving force of the information society; Yunnan and India each have made progress in their transnational higher education cooperation, which can enhance the international level and image of their higher education, promote their own culture and values, and expand international exchanges. To promote multicultural communication and understanding. The second chapter mainly introduces the cooperation mechanism between Yunnan and Indian higher education. The overall scale of higher education in Yunnan and India continues to expand. Yunnan and India have different characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of higher education. The gross enrolment rate of higher education in Yunnan and India is increasing. Yunnan and India's higher education professional structure has been constantly optimized. We should choose the form of cooperation between Yunnan and India according to local conditions. The role of the government in higher education cooperation between Yunnan and India. The third chapter mainly introduces the platform construction of higher education cooperation between Yunnan and India, including language selection, information exchange, curriculum and training of specialized personnel. The fourth chapter mainly introduces the factors influencing the transnational higher education cooperation between Yunnan and India, including the factors of national relations, competitiveness, policy, cultural differences and economic constraints.
