免费师范生学习策略结构分析及策略提升

【摘要】:本文主要以北京师范大学2008年入学的免费师范生为研究对象,在充分考虑这个教育群体的特殊身份的基础上,应用LASSI量表大学版对免费师范生的学习策略的结构进行了分析和研究。在对样本数据统计分析的基础上,建立了免费师范生的学习策略三维结构模型。模型中目标策略主要包括与学习对象直接相关的策略;情绪策略主要包括情绪情感和学习支持策略;理解监控策略主要由元认知和一般学习策略构成。研究认为免费师范生学习策略中情感要素与目标要素比重较大,学生学习的自主性较强,但在对自身的职业规划与身份认同上还需要教师的指导和帮助。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the free normal college students enrolled in Beijing normal University in 2008, on the basis of fully considering the special identity of this educational group. The structure of learning strategies of free normal students was analyzed and studied with LASSI university edition. Based on the statistical analysis of the sample data, a three-dimensional structure model of learning strategy for free normal students is established. In the model, goal strategies mainly include those directly related to learning objects; emotional strategies mainly include emotional emotions and learning support strategies; comprehension monitoring strategies are mainly composed of metacognition and general learning strategies. The study holds that the proportion of emotional and goal elements in the learning strategies of free normal students is large, and the students' autonomy in learning is strong, but teachers' guidance and help are needed in their own career planning and identity identification.
