师范生信息化教学能力实训系统设计

【摘要】:随着21世纪中国信息化时代的来临,,中国教育也在信息化的大浪潮中开始了教育信息化改革。信息技术不仅带来了教学方式的根本变化,在教学理念上也对中国的教育改革产生了巨大的影响。如何培养新时代的合格教师,尤其是培养他们的信息化教学能力成为中国教育改革绕不开的关键性课题。笔者经过研究调查,提出了利用信息网络技术培养师范生信息化教学能力的可能性以及优势,并设计了一套支持该理念的师范生信息化教学能力实训系统。 师范生信息化教学能力实训系统在建构主义学习理论、人本主义学习理论以及反思性教学理论的指导下,结合自主研发的“理想数字教室”实践活动,为师范生不仅提供了完善的理论体系指导,还有真实的情境教学实践和关于信息化教学的学术研讨氛围。 本文从信息化教学能力培养过程中遇到的实际问题出发,自主搭建符合中国师范生信息化教学能力培养实际情况的实训系统。希望通过该系统的训练能为在校师范生搭建一个进行信息化教学工作技能学习、训练、交流的数字化学习环境,从而拓展师范生信息化教学技能培养新途径。
[Abstract]:With the coming of China's information age in the 21st century, Chinese education has also started the reform of educational informatization in the tide of informatization. Information technology not only brings about the fundamental change of teaching methods, but also exerts a great influence on the educational reform in China. How to train qualified teachers in the new era, especially their information-based teaching ability, has become a key issue in China's educational reform. Through research and investigation, the author puts forward the possibility and advantage of using information network technology to cultivate the ability of information teaching of normal school students, and designs a set of practical training system to support the concept of information teaching ability of normal school students. Under the guidance of constructivism learning theory, humanism learning theory and reflective teaching theory, the practice system of information teaching ability of normal school students combines the practice activities of "ideal digital classroom" developed independently. It not only provides the guidance of perfect theory system, but also has the real situation teaching practice and the academic discussion atmosphere about information teaching. Based on the practical problems encountered in the process of developing the information-based teaching ability, this paper sets up a practical training system which accords with the actual situation of the information-based teaching ability of the Chinese normal college students. It is hoped that the training of this system can set up a digital learning environment for the students in normal school to study, train and exchange the working skills of information teaching, so as to develop a new approach to the cultivation of information teaching skills of normal school students.
