地方高校开展协同创新基本模式探析

【摘要】：地方高校积极开展协同创新、创建协同创新中心不仅是培养一大批建设创新型国家应用人才的需要,而且是建设创新型区域、提升区域创新能力和深化科教体制改革以及促进科技与经济一体化发展的需要。地方高校应根据国家实施"2011计划"的总体目标要求和地方经济社会发展及行业产业实际需要,结合自身实际,采取政府推动主导型模式、行业高校主导模式和区域联动模式等不同模式,构建地方高校协同创新中心。
[Abstract]:The establishment of collaborative innovation center is not only the need to train a large number of innovative national application talents, but also the construction of innovative regions. It is necessary to improve the regional innovation ability, deepen the reform of science and education system and promote the development of science, technology and economy. Local colleges and universities should adopt the government-driven mode according to the overall goal of the national implementation of the "2011 Plan" and the actual needs of local economic and social development and industry, combined with their own reality. Different modes, such as the leading mode of industry and the mode of regional linkage, are used to construct the cooperative innovation center of local colleges and universities.
