高等农业院校校园文化建设研究

【摘要】：高等学校校园文化作为社会先进文化的重要组成部分,对于加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,促进高等教育改革发展以及推进社会主义文化强国的建设,具有十分重要的意义。高校校园文化作为一种特定的场域文化,其在各类高校中的建设存在特殊性与差异性。本文以高等农业院校校园文化建设为例展开研究,旨在以高校校园文化理论为基础,结合高等农业院校特色,推进其校园文化建设,以进一步深化高等学校校园文化建设理论,增强校园文化理论的针对性与应用性。高等农业院校是农业科学发展、人才培养以及文化发展的重要阵地,其对于推动“三农”问题的解决有着重要的战略意义。农业高校肩负着社会建设与文化教育的重任,随着经济全球化与高等教育大众化,农业高校在迎来机遇的同时需要面对新的挑战。校园文化具有认知导向、规范行为、感染熏陶、凝聚激励以及文化融合与创新功能,是农业高校思想政治教育以及创新发展的有效载体。高等农业院校具有显著的行业特征,其校园文化建设存在特殊性。面对新时代的挑战,农业高校应加强人才培养,强化专业特色,以先进校园文化消解社会偏见,引领高校人才热爱农业并投身农业建设,深切落实农业高校的发展重任。本文通过对于部分农业大学、综合大学以及其他行业性大学展开实证调研,对高等农业院校校园文化建设现状、存在问题以及原因进行深入分析总结。当前高等农业院校校园文化建设逐步完善,凝练办学精神、重视农业科技应用与创新及注重国际地位提升的校园文化特色逐步凸显,特色校园文化逐步形成并且不断具化。但与此同时,校园文化建设仍存在系列问题,集中体现在校园文化建设成效不足,特色校园文化建设中矛盾突出,特色内涵有待升华等问题。通过数据差异性与相关性分析,文章深入剖析问题产生的原因所在。传统观念与农业弱势地位的冲击,现代经济发展新形式的影响以及农业高校自身定位不准、文化自觉意识有待提升等方面因素阻碍了高等农业院校特色校园文化的建设发展。结合高等学校校园文化建设理论与高等农业院校发展实际,在深入剖析问题存在原因的基础上,本文充分肯定校园文化特色化发展道路,进一步提出农业高校校园文化建设具体路径。在农业高校校园文化建设中应贯彻科学理念以指导校园文化建设,凸显自身特色以推进校园文化建设,加强内部实践以落实校园文化建设,通过在精神文化、制度文化、物质文化以及行为文化建设中彰显特色,拓展创新,以全面实现校园文化在高等农业院校发展中的积极推动作用。
[Abstract]:As an important part of advanced social culture, campus culture in colleges and universities is of great significance for strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students, promoting the reform and development of higher education and promoting the construction of a socialist cultural power. As a special field culture, campus culture has its particularity and difference in all kinds of colleges and universities. This paper takes the construction of campus culture in agricultural colleges as an example, aiming at promoting the construction of campus culture based on the theory of campus culture and combining the characteristics of agricultural colleges and universities, so as to further deepen the theory of campus culture construction in colleges and universities. Strengthen the pertinence and application of campus culture theory. Higher agricultural colleges and universities are important positions for the development of agricultural science, the cultivation of talents and the development of culture, which have important strategic significance in promoting the solution of the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Agricultural universities shoulder the important task of social construction and cultural education. With the globalization of economy and the popularization of higher education, agricultural colleges and universities need to face new challenges as well as opportunities. Campus culture is an effective carrier for the ideological and political education and innovative development of agricultural colleges and universities, which has the functions of cognitive orientation, normative behavior, infection and edification, agglomeration and encouragement, and cultural fusion and innovation. Higher agricultural colleges have remarkable industry characteristics, and their campus culture construction has its particularity. In the face of the challenge of the new era, agricultural colleges and universities should strengthen the cultivation of talents, strengthen their professional characteristics, eliminate social prejudices with advanced campus culture, lead college talents to love agriculture and throw themselves into agricultural construction, and carry out the important task of agricultural universities' development deeply. Through the empirical investigation of some agricultural universities, comprehensive universities and other industrial universities, this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation, existing problems and reasons of campus culture construction in agricultural colleges and universities. At present, the campus culture construction of agricultural colleges and universities is gradually perfected, the spirit of running a school is condensed, the characteristics of campus culture which attach importance to the application and innovation of agricultural science and technology and the promotion of international status are gradually highlighted, and the characteristic campus culture is gradually formed and continuously characterized. But at the same time, there are still a series of problems in the construction of campus culture, which are mainly reflected in the lack of achievements in the construction of campus culture, the prominent contradictions in the construction of characteristic campus culture, and the need for the sublimation of the characteristic connotation. Through the data difference and the correlation analysis, the article deeply dissects the reason which the question produces. The impact of the traditional concept and the weak position of agriculture, the influence of the new form of modern economic development, the incorrect orientation of agricultural colleges and universities, and the cultural consciousness need to be improved have hindered the construction and development of the characteristic campus culture in agricultural colleges and universities. Based on the theory of campus culture construction in colleges and the development practice of agricultural colleges and universities, and on the basis of deeply analyzing the causes of the problems, this paper fully affirms the characteristic development path of campus culture. Further put forward the specific path of campus culture construction in agricultural colleges and universities. In the construction of campus culture in agricultural colleges and universities, we should carry out scientific ideas to guide the construction of campus culture, highlight our own characteristics to promote the construction of campus culture, strengthen the internal practice to carry out the construction of campus culture, and adopt spiritual culture and institutional culture. In order to realize the positive role of campus culture in the development of agricultural colleges and universities, the material culture and behavioral culture should be characterized and innovated.
