【摘要】：志愿精神培育符合中国社会发展的需要，紧跟中国人民发展的需求，抓住社会转型的契机，在中国原有的思想和社会基础上蓬勃开展起来。新疆大学生是我区志愿服务的主力军，志愿精神是志愿服务的内在动力，因此对新疆大学生进行志愿精神培育势在必行。本文从新疆高校大学生志愿精神培育的现状入手，展开深入而全面的探索，既弘扬和充实了志愿精神，又促进了我区志愿服务的发展，同时也有利于新疆当代大学生的全面发展，具有一定的理论和实践价值。全文共分为以下四个部分：第一部分，引言。详尽论述了本文的选题背景和研究意义、国内外研究现状、论文的主要思路、方法以及本文研究的创新点和难点。第二部分，关于志愿精神培育基本理论概述。概述了志愿者、志愿服务、志愿精神及志愿精神培育的内涵，陈述我国志愿精神培育发展历程，并阐述了志愿精神培育的内容和特征。第三部分，新疆高校大学生志愿精神培育的现状与原因分析。通过问卷调查的方式掌握新疆高校大学生志愿精神培育的现状，找出志愿精神培育中存在的主要问题，并从志愿精神内涵、社会大环境、行政化和政策法律这四个方面分析其产生问题的具体原因。第四部分，完善新疆高校大学生志愿精神培育的对策。就新疆高校大学生志愿精神培育中存在的主要问题及原因提出相应的对策建议。首先培育大学生志愿文化，丰富志愿精神底蕴；其次完善高校大学生志愿精神培育保障机制；第三完善高校大学生志愿者激励对策；第四完善志愿精神培育载体；第五健全法规。为新疆高校大学生志愿精神培育的进一步发展提供更有利的发展条件。社会的发展与时代的要求赋予的新疆当代大学生伟大的历史使命。这就需要从思想、行为等多方面对大学生进行培养，使其在面对机遇和挑战时能应付自如，，成为社会发展和时代进步的中流砒柱。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of volunteerism meets the needs of China's social development, closely follows the needs of the development of the Chinese people, seize the opportunity of social transformation, and flourish on the basis of China's original thought and society. Xinjiang university students are the main force of voluntary service in our district, and the volunteer spirit is the internal motive force of voluntary service, so it is imperative to cultivate the voluntary spirit of Xinjiang college students. Starting with the present situation of cultivating the voluntary spirit of college students in Xinjiang, this paper explores deeply and comprehensively, which not only carries forward and enriches the voluntary spirit, but also promotes the development of voluntary service in our area. At the same time, it is beneficial to the all-round development of contemporary college students in Xinjiang, and has certain theoretical and practical value. The full text is divided into the following four parts: The first part, introduction. The background and significance of this paper, the current research situation at home and abroad, the main ideas and methods of this paper, and the innovation and difficulties of this paper are discussed in detail. The second part, about the voluntary spirit cultivation basic theory outline. This paper summarizes the connotation of volunteerism, voluntary service, volunteerism and cultivation of volunteerism, expounds the developing course of cultivation of volunteerism in China, and expounds the contents and characteristics of cultivation of volunteerism. The third part, Xinjiang university student volunteer spirit cultivation present situation and the reason analysis. Through the way of questionnaire investigation, we can grasp the present situation of cultivating the voluntary spirit of college students in Xinjiang, find out the main problems existing in the cultivation of the voluntary spirit, and from the connotation of the voluntary spirit, the social environment, This paper analyzes the specific causes of the problems in the four aspects of administration and policy and law. The fourth part, consummates the Xinjiang university student volunteer spirit cultivation countermeasure. This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the main problems and causes of cultivating the voluntary spirit of college students in Xinjiang. Firstly, cultivating college students' voluntary culture, enriching the essence of voluntary spirit; secondly, perfecting the guarantee mechanism of university students' volunteer spirit; third, perfecting the incentive countermeasures of college students' volunteers; fourth, perfecting the carrier of cultivating voluntary spirit; Fifth, perfect laws and regulations. It provides more favorable conditions for the further development of the cultivation of the voluntary spirit of university students in Xinjiang. The development of the society and the requirements of the times endow Xinjiang college students with a great historical mission. It is necessary to train college students from many aspects, such as thought and behavior, so that they can cope well with opportunities and challenges and become the middle stream of social development and the progress of the times.
