内蒙古工业大学大学生思想政治教育要素有效性研究

【摘要】:加强、改进大学生思想政治教育是学校的一项重要工作。思想政治教育要素的有效性,,是制约大学生思想政治教育有效性的前提条件。本文在思想政治教育要素相关理论指导下,对大学生思想政治教育要素的内涵、功能、相互作用及其与大学生思想政治教育有效性的关系进行了较为深入、系统的研究,为探索大学生思想政治教育有效性提供基础性研究成果。 课题采用多种研究方法特别是问卷调查法,根据课题论文写作提纲和相关理论要点设计问卷,按照概率抽样原理和分层抽样方法,组织问卷调查,收集、统计信息。 论文共分四个部分: 一、介绍论文选题的背景、意义,国内外研究现状及研究思路和方法等。 二、简述思想政治教育要素有效性研究的理论基础,主要包括教育者、教育对象、教育目的、教育内容、教育方法、教育情境等六个要素的基本内涵、功能及思想政治教育有效性对要素提出的要求等。 三、展示内蒙古工业大学大学生思想政治教育中六个要素运行及有效性现状。 四、根据“现状”反映的突出问题提出加强内蒙古工业大学大学生思想政治教育要素有效性的对策,主要是:进一步发挥教师的主导作用;促进大学生主体性与客体性的统一;认真搞好思想政治教育内容的转换;努力探索教育方法和教育模式的创新等。 课题经过对内蒙古工业大学各要素有效性的研究,基本搞清了要素有效性的基本情况及其生成条件,主要包括教育者的主体意识、主体素质,教育对象的接受主体意识及知识准备、接受力,教育目的的双适应性、整体性及实践性以及与教育内容转换密切相关的透彻性、契合性问题等。 课题把贯彻落实党的教育方针同学习运用思想政治教育有效性相关理论结合起来,对内蒙古工业大学大学生思想政治教育要素的基本情况进行了较为深入系统的研究,有针对性地提出了加强、改进意见,具有积极的现实意义。
[Abstract]:To strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students is an important work of the school. The validity of ideological and political education elements is the precondition of restricting the validity of ideological and political education of college students. Under the guidance of the relevant theory of ideological and political education, this paper makes a deep and systematic study on the connotation, function, interaction and the relationship between the elements of ideological and political education and the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students. In order to explore the validity of college students' ideological and political education, the thesis adopts many research methods, especially the questionnaire survey method, designs the questionnaire according to the outline of the thesis writing and the relevant theoretical points. According to the principle of probability sampling and stratified sampling, organizing questionnaires, collecting and statistical information, the paper is divided into four parts: first, introducing the background, significance, current research situation, research ideas and methods of this paper. This paper briefly describes the theoretical basis of the research on the effectiveness of ideological and political education elements, including the basic connotations of six elements, including educators, educational objects, educational purposes, educational contents, educational methods, educational contexts, etc. Function and effectiveness of ideological and political education, etc. Third, it shows the operation and effectiveness of six elements in ideological and political education of industrial college students in Inner Mongolia. According to the outstanding problems reflected in the present situation, the countermeasures to strengthen the effectiveness of the ideological and political education elements of the industrial college students in Inner Mongolia are put forward, which are as follows: further exerting the leading role of the teachers, promoting the unity of the subjectivity and the objectiveness of the college students; The contents of ideological and political education should be changed well, the innovation of educational methods and modes should be explored, etc. After the research on the effectiveness of various elements of Inner Mongolia University of Technology, It makes clear the basic situation of the effectiveness of the elements and its generating conditions, including the subject consciousness of the educator, the subject quality, the acceptance subject consciousness and the knowledge preparation of the educational object, the receptivity and the double adaptability of the educational purpose. Integrity and practicality, as well as the problems of thoroughness and conformity closely related to the transformation of educational contents. The subject combines the implementation of the Party's educational policy with the study and application of relevant theories on the effectiveness of ideological and political education. This paper makes a deep and systematic study on the basic conditions of ideological and political education for industrial college students in Inner Mongolia, and puts forward some suggestions for strengthening and improving, which is of positive practical significance.
