论创新型茶文化专业人才素质培养

【摘要】:本文阐述了创新型专业人才培养的时代紧迫性,并针对茶文化专业人才的素质培养进行了传统与现代化的对比分析,提出综合高校、企业、社会、政府部门多方合作培养的联动机制,鼓励和倡导文化产业发展机制的创新,致力于培养高素质、高能力、高产出、高素质的全面发展的茶文化专业人才,从而对茶文化产业与茶经济的可持续发展,提供良好的智力支持,为共同筑造中国梦贡献力量。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the urgency of the training of innovative professional talents, compares and analyzes the traditional and modern cultivation of talents of tea culture, and puts forward the comprehensive colleges, enterprises and society. The joint mechanism of cooperation and cultivation of government departments encourages and advocates the innovation of the development mechanism of cultural industry, and devotes itself to the cultivation of tea culture professionals with high quality, high ability, high output and high quality. Therefore, it can provide good intellectual support for the sustainable development of tea culture industry and tea economy, and contribute to the joint construction of Chinese Dream.
