当代大学生责任教育研究

【摘要】: 责任是伦理学中比较古老的范畴,责任教育也是人类文化传承中经久不息的主题之一。在当今人类社会的发展中,责任的含义不断扩展,责任教育之对现代人更为必要。现代社会,科技对人类力量的倍增作用和市场经济人对物质的无限追求使人的责任范围更大,责任的分量更重。人不仅要承担来自于义务的责任,还要承担来自行为的责任,来自角色的责任;不仅要对人类共同体负责,还要对生态系统负责;不仅要对当下的行为负责,还要对将要实施的行为的未来后果负责。因此,缺少一种普遍的、全面的责任意识和责任能力,人类的未来生存是不可能的,社会的和谐发展也是无法实现的。 在经济全球化推动下,中国的改革开放取得了显著成效,但生态问题、道德问题也日益凸显,在科学总结各国发展历程和经验的基础上,中国提出了树立科学发展观与构建和谐社会的宏大构想。这一切对人的道德精神和责任品质提出了更高的、更具体的要求,学校理应在推进社会和谐发展、全面进步的事业中充分发挥对青少年道德教育的作用,着力培养具有完整责任品质的现代人,使他们能负责任地生存和发展。责任教育就是根据一定社会的道德要求,为使主体在自主选择基础上养成基本的责任品格而对其有计划、有组织、有目的地实施教育引导,涵盖责任情感、责任意志、责任能力等一系列内容的教育活动。大学生是青年优秀分子的群体,他们的特殊社会角色要求他们不但要对自己负好责,同时也要对他人、对家庭、对社会负好责。因此对大学生进行责任意识和品质的培养,是实现大学生自我完善与发展的需要,是完善社会主义市场经济发展所需要的道德意识的需要,是造就社会主义和谐社会重要力量的需要。由于当前社会大环境的复杂性、学校教育的偏颇以及家庭教育的缺陷等种种原因,部分大学生的责任意识比较淡薄,履行责任能力差,因而教育和引导大学生养成自觉的责任感和责任能力,领悟人类传统道德精神,影响和辐射社会公众,是高校责无旁贷的使命。 本文从当前我国社会发展的现实背景和大学生的责任品质现状出发,试图建构起一个基于现代教育理念之上的高校责任教育的目标、内容框架和基本原则,并结合大学生的群体特点以及大学生责任品质形成的特点提出高校责任教育的实践方略。
[Abstract]:Responsibility is an ancient category in ethics, and responsibility education is one of the enduring themes in human culture. In the development of human society, the meaning of responsibility is expanding, and responsibility education is more necessary for modern people. In modern society, the multiplying effect of science and technology on human power and the infinite pursuit of material by man in market economy make people's responsibility range larger and the weight of responsibility more heavy. People are responsible not only for their obligations, but also for their actions, their roles, their responsibilities not only for the human community, but also for the ecosystem, not just for the present, but also for what they are doing now. Also responsible for the future consequences of the act to be committed. Therefore, without a universal and comprehensive sense of responsibility and ability, the future survival of human beings is impossible and the harmonious development of society cannot be realized. Under the impetus of economic globalization, China's reform and opening up has achieved remarkable results, but ecological problems and moral problems have become increasingly prominent. On the basis of scientifically summarizing the development history and experience of various countries, China has put forward the grand idea of establishing the scientific concept of development and building a harmonious society. All these put forward higher and more specific requirements for the moral spirit and responsibility quality of human beings. Schools should give full play to the role of moral education for young people in promoting the harmonious development of society and the cause of all-round progress. Focus on the cultivation of modern people with complete quality of responsibility, so that they can live and develop responsibly. Responsibility education is based on the moral requirements of a certain society, in order to enable the subject to develop the basic responsibility character on the basis of independent choice, it is planned, organized and purposeful to carry out the education guidance, covering the responsibility emotion, the responsibility will. A series of educational activities, such as responsibility and ability. College students are a group of outstanding young people. Their special social role requires them not only to be responsible for themselves, but also to others, families and society. Therefore, to cultivate college students' sense of responsibility and quality is the need to realize the self-improvement and development of college students, and the need of moral consciousness to perfect the development of socialist market economy. It is the need of bringing up the important strength of socialist harmonious society. Due to the complexity of the current social environment, the bias of school education and the defects of family education, some college students have a weak sense of responsibility and poor ability to fulfill their responsibilities. Therefore, it is the duty of colleges and universities to educate and guide college students to develop their sense of responsibility and responsibility, to understand the traditional moral spirit of mankind and to influence and radiate the public. Based on the realistic background of our country's social development and the present situation of college students' responsibility quality, this paper tries to construct a goal, content frame and basic principles of responsibility education in colleges and universities based on the modern educational concept. Combined with the group characteristics of college students and the characteristics of the formation of college students' responsibility quality, this paper puts forward the practical strategy of responsibility education in colleges and universities.
