【摘要】：近年来，随着改革开放的深入推进，，我国社会经济的快速发展，及经济全球化与网络技术的生活化，社会思潮跌宕起伏，大学生思想政治素质发展面临着各种挑战。那么，通过促进大学生思想政治素质的发展，提高大学生的综合素质，以实现大学生的健康成长成才，就成为当前高等教育面临的重要课题。提高大学生思想政治素质，促进大学生综合素质的发展及其健康成长成才是高等教育永恒不变的主题，是社会主义社会发展的要求。因此，在全面建设社会主义现代化与全面建成小康社会背景下，调查大学生思想政治素质发展的现状，分析大学生思想政治素质发展存在的主要问题及其成因，探讨大学生思想政治素质发展的特点，拓展大学生思想政治素质发展的路径，以促进大学生综合素质发展及其健康成长成才，是本课题研究的价值。本课题研究的主要内容。首先，在文献研究的基础上，考察大学生思想政治素质发展的研究现状，参考学术界的研究成果，并在此基础上探讨大学生思想政治素质发展的定义、大学生思想政治素质发展的主要内容、大学生思想政治素质发展的特点等，以期对大学生思想政治素质发展作出明确的界定。其次，在实证调查的基础上，考察大学生思想政治素质发展的现状，总结当前大学生思想政治素质发展取得的主要成就及存在的主要问题，并深入分析存在问题的原因；最后，就促进大学生思想政治素质发展的措施展开研究。进一步完善大学生思想政治素质发展的目标体系；进一步优化大学生思想政治素质发展的内容结构及拓展大学生思想政治素质发展的路径等，进一步促进大学生思想政治素质发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of reform and opening up, the rapid development of China's social economy, economic globalization and network technology, social trends of thought ups and downs, the ideological and political quality of college students are facing various challenges. Therefore, to promote the development of college students' ideological and political quality, improve the comprehensive quality of college students, so as to achieve the healthy growth of college students, has become an important subject facing the current higher education. Improving the ideological and political quality of college students and promoting the development and healthy growth of college students' comprehensive quality are the eternal themes of higher education and the requirements of the development of socialist society. Therefore, under the background of building socialist modernization and building a well-off society in an all-round way, this paper investigates the present situation of the development of college students' ideological and political quality, and analyzes the main problems and causes of the development of college students' ideological and political quality. It is the value of this study to probe into the characteristics of the development of college students' ideological and political quality, to expand the path of the development of college students' ideological and political quality, and to promote the development and healthy growth of college students' comprehensive quality. The main contents of this research. First of all, on the basis of literature research, this paper investigates the current situation of the development of college students' ideological and political quality, refers to the academic research results, and discusses the definition of the development of college students' ideological and political quality on this basis.
