独立学院大学生职业生涯规划的教育方式研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化和信息化时代的到来,高等教育己由精英教育迈向大众化教育的阶段,伴随当代的信息经济社会的进一步发展,对于人才素质方面更高的要求应运而生,除了需要人才具有合理的知识结构,同时思维敏捷度、组织能力、人际交往能力、创新能力乃至情商都成为当今社会衡量人才的重要指标,因此当代大学生要具备全面的综合素质来应对社会的需求和残酷的就业压力。20世纪末,独立学院作为我国高等教育一种新的办学模式,凭借其“模式新、机制活、定位准”的特点迅速在全国范围内崛起,同时,独立学院在全国范围内的迅速扩张进一步了促进我国高等教育的大众化、满足了群众对高等教育的需求,现在正逐步成为我国高等教育体系中一直至关重要的力量。但如果身在一个学校数量多,在校生人数过百万的群体中,毕业生却难以与重点大学和二类普通高校的毕业生平等竞争的就业位置,如今独立学院要思考的热点问题已然变成如何提高当代独立学院学生的就业竞争力。而开展独立学院大学生职业生涯规划教育是提高独立学院学生就业竞争力的重要方式。本文从职业生涯规划的基本概念开始介绍,阐述了职业生涯规划的理论基础,总结了独立学院大学生的自身特征。分析我国独立学院大学生职业生涯规划教育普遍存在的问题。在这样的基础下,进一步提出我国独立学院大学生职业生涯规划教育的新的方式和新途径。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of economic globalization and information age, higher education has moved from elite education to popular education. With the further development of the modern information economy society, higher requirements for the quality of talents have emerged. In addition to the need for talents to have a reasonable knowledge structure, at the same time, thinking agility, organizational ability, interpersonal ability, innovation ability and even emotional quotient have become important indicators of talent in today's society. Therefore, contemporary college students should have comprehensive qualities to cope with the demands of society and cruel employment pressure. At the end of the 20th century, independent colleges as a new mode of running higher education in our country, with its "new model, mechanism live," At the same time, the rapid expansion of independent colleges throughout the country has further promoted the popularization of higher education in China and met the needs of the masses for higher education. Now it is gradually becoming a vital force in our higher education system. But in a group with more than one million students in a single school, it is difficult for graduates to compete on an equal footing with graduates from key universities and second class colleges and universities. Today, the hot issue of independent colleges has become how to improve the employment competitiveness of contemporary independent college students. It is an important way to improve the employment competitiveness of independent college students to carry out career planning education. This paper introduces the basic concept of career planning, expounds the theoretical basis of career planning, and summarizes the characteristics of college students in independent colleges. This paper analyzes the problems in career planning education of college students in independent colleges in China. On this basis, a new way of career planning education for college students in independent colleges in China is put forward.
