高校思想政治教育中心理咨询功能及应用途径分析

【摘要】：思想政治教育工作者在探索加强和改进高校思想政治教育的过程中发现了心理咨询这一新生事物。心理咨询与高校思想政治教育既有联系，又有区别，更需要结合起来。作为高校思想政治教育的有效尝试，心理咨询在高校思想政治教育过程中发挥着重要作用，不仅可以为高校思想政治教育的顺利开展提供良好的心理环境，而且是高校思想政治教育科学化的有效载体，是提高思想政治教育工作者素质的重要途径，更是全面推进素质教育的题中之义。但是由于种种原因，目前高校思想政治教育中心理咨询还存在诸多问题，如受教育者对心理咨询的理解存在误区、教育者队伍力量薄弱、教育方法和形式亟待完善、心理咨询机构运行管理不规范等。鉴于此，应从开展普及化教育、建设专业化教师队伍、丰富和完善心理咨询的内容和形式、整合教育资源等方面入手进一步提高高校思想政治教育心理咨询的实效，以切实发挥心理咨询在高校思想政治教育中的功能。
[Abstract]:In the course of exploring and improving the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the ideological and political educators have discovered the new thing of psychological consultation. Psychological consultation and ideological and political education in colleges and universities are not only related, but also different, and need to be combined. As an effective attempt of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, psychological consultation plays an important role in the process of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, which can not only provide a good psychological environment for the smooth development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Moreover, it is an effective carrier of scientific ideological and political education in colleges and universities, an important way to improve the quality of ideological and political education workers, and an important part of the overall promotion of quality education. However, for a variety of reasons, there are still many problems in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities, such as the misunderstanding of the educatee's understanding of the psychological consultation, the weakness of the educator's force, and the urgent need to perfect the educational methods and forms. The operation and management of psychological counseling institutions are not standardized. In view of this, we should further improve the actual effect of psychological consultation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the aspects of popularizing education, building professional teachers, enriching and perfecting the content and form of psychological consultation, integrating educational resources, etc. In order to give full play to the function of psychological consultation in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
