【摘要】：高校学生是网民中对社会热点现象反映最为活跃、最为积极同时也是最为敏感的群体,他们日益倾向于通过网络来表达自己对社会焦点问题或热点事件的看法。由于大学生群体的特殊性,高校学生网络舆情要尤为注意,一旦处理不当,演变为复杂的群体性情绪,很可能爆发网络群体性事件。因此,本文以心理学、传播学、思想政治教育学等理论为研究基础,以部分四川高校大学生为样本,对其进行了一系列的网络行为心理的调查分析,在此基础上最终形成了一套科学有效、可操作的高校学生网络舆情引导与管理工作机制,旨在为我国高校学生网络舆情管理工作提供参考意见,以期能够利用该套管理机制准确把握大学生的网络思想和心理动态,进行良好的舆情疏通和引导工作,为高校网络舆情管理者提供客观、科学、准确的信息。最后再运用以上调查分析的研究结论进行大学生网络群体性事件的实例分析,进行了相应的对策研究,以期能够更好地应对大学生网络群体性事件,便于管理者进行高效率的决策,确保高校和谐稳定健康发展。
[Abstract]:College students are the most active, most active and most sensitive groups of social hot spots among netizens. They are increasingly inclined to express their views on the issues of social focus or hot events through the network. As a complex group emotion, it is very likely to break out the network mass events. Therefore, this paper, based on the theory of psychology, communication and ideological and political education, takes a series of investigation and analysis of network behavior psychology of some college students in Sichuan as a sample. On this basis, a set of science has been formed. The effective and operational mechanism of network public opinion guidance and management of college students is designed to provide reference for the management of network public opinion for college students in our country, in order to make good use of this set of management mechanism to accurately grasp the network thought and psychological dynamics of college students, to conduct good public opinion and guidance, for the management of network public opinion in Colleges and universities.
