权力视角下学生参与高校管理研究

【摘要】:学生参与高校管理是当代民主政治在高等教育领域内的体现,是根据我国高等教育发展的需要应运而生的,是高等教育内部以人为本理念的具体体现。规范高效的学生参与管理不但有利于学生自身管理知识的拓展和管理能力的提高,更有利于高校管理的决策的科学性,提高高等教育的质量和水平。 学生参与高校管理是一种具有历史性的独特的高校管理方式,西方高校早已把学生吸纳到管理群体中,并表现出其管理的优越性,这是一种必然性的历史发展,我国高校管理也需要顺应世界高等教育发展的潮流,实行学生参与高校管理,促进我国高等教育管理的民主化进程。但是在我国高等教育管理实践中,学生参与管理的各种问题层出不穷,如参与管理态度出现偏差、参与管理的范围较窄、参与管理的深度有限和参与效度不高等问题,究其根本原因是由于我国高等教育管理权力系统中学生权力的缺失,促使学生权力在高校管理权力系统中的边缘化,影响学生参与管理的积极性,从而造成学生参与管理出现各种问题。基于此,本文从权力的角度对学生参与管理的问题进行探讨。 本文以高等教育民主化发展趋势为背景,通过运用文献分析、历史分析、理论分析和访谈等研究方法,分析我国学生参与管理的现状和问题。并从权力的角度对学生参与高校管理的现状和问题进行分析,找出问题之根源,最后提出促进学生参与高校管理的有效策略。 论文主要分为四个章节,第一章为绪论部分,主要阐述了本研究的选题背景、研究意义、国内外研究的现状和拟采取的研究方法等。第二章为学生参与高校管理的理论基础,在对相关概念界定的基础上,,从管理学、政治学、哲学、法学和经济学角度阐明学生参与高校管理的理论依据,并对学生权力在学生参与管理中的作用进行了诠释,奠定从权力角度进行本研究的基础。第三章为我国学生参与高等教育管理的现状及问题分析,这主要是通过文献分析和访谈进行现状调查,并从权力的角度对学生参与高校管理中出现的问题进行分析,最终发现出现问题的根本所在。第四章为权力视角下促进我国学生参与高校管理的策略,主要针对学生参与高校管理中出现的问题,从权力的视角提出保障学生参与高校管理的相关策略。
[Abstract]:The participation of students in university management is the embodiment of contemporary democratic politics in the field of higher education. It comes into being according to the needs of the development of higher education in China. It is a concrete embodiment of the idea of "people-oriented" in higher education. Standardized and efficient student participation in management is not only conducive to the expansion of students' own management knowledge and management ability, but also to the scientific nature of university management decisions, and to improve the quality and level of higher education. The participation of students in the management of colleges and universities is a historic and unique way of university management. Western colleges and universities have already absorbed students into the management group and shown the superiority of their management, which is a kind of inevitable historical development. The management of colleges and universities in our country also needs to conform to the trend of the development of higher education in the world. Students should participate in the management of colleges and universities and promote the democratization process of higher education management in China. However, in the practice of higher education management in our country, the problems of students' participation in management appear endlessly, such as the deviation of participating management attitude, the narrow scope of participation in management, the limited depth of participation and the low validity of participation, etc. The root cause is the lack of power of students in the power system of higher education management in our country, which impels the marginalization of student power in the management power system of colleges and universities, and affects the enthusiasm of students to participate in management. Thus causes the student to participate in the management to appear each kind of question. Based on this, this paper discusses the problem of student participation in management from the perspective of power. Based on the trend of democratization of higher education, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of students' participation in management in China by using the methods of literature analysis, historical analysis, theoretical analysis and interview. From the perspective of power, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of students' participation in university management, finds out the root of the problems, and finally puts forward effective strategies to promote students' participation in university management. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, which mainly describes the background of the topic, the significance of the research, the current situation of the research at home and abroad and the research methods to be adopted. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of students' participation in university management. Based on the definition of relevant concepts, the theoretical basis of students' participation in university management is expounded from the perspectives of management, political science, philosophy, law and economics. The function of student power in students' participation in management is explained, and the foundation of this study is established from the perspective of power. The third chapter is the current situation and problem analysis of students' participation in the management of higher education in China, which is mainly through literature analysis and interviews to investigate the current situation, and from the perspective of power to analyze the problems that appear in the participation of students in the management of colleges and universities. Finally found the root of the problem. The fourth chapter is the strategy of promoting students' participation in university management from the perspective of power. Aiming at the problems of students' participation in university management, this chapter puts forward the relevant strategies to ensure students' participation in university management from the perspective of power.
