“看中学、教中学、做中学”的实习新模式的探索与实践

【摘要】：实习教学是应用型工科院校本科教学中非常重要的实践教学环节,高质量的实习教学是应用型人才培养的保障。根据教育改革带来的实习教学难的问题,该校自动化专业以"大工程观"教育思想为理念,依托冶金行业背景,确定具有国际先进性和代表性的自动化生产线——板坯铸轧生产自动化过程为实习教学内容的核心,制作实习教学片。与校内实习平台模拟相结合,开拓实习教学新模式,有效地解决了实习教学难的问题,并提高了实习教学效果。
[Abstract]:Practice teaching is a very important practical teaching link in the undergraduate teaching of applied engineering colleges, and high quality practice teaching is the guarantee of the cultivation of applied talents. According to the problems of teaching practice brought about by educational reform, the automation major of this school takes the idea of "big engineering view" as its educational idea and relies on the background of metallurgical industry. The automation process of slab casting and rolling production, which has the international advanced and representative automatic production line, is determined as the core of the practice teaching content, and the practice teaching film is made. Combining with the simulation of the internal practice platform, the new model of practice teaching is developed, which effectively solves the difficult problems of practice teaching and improves the effect of practice teaching.
