当前我国大学生志愿服务活动存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：近些年以来,随着我国志愿服务活动的广泛开展,越来越多的人都开始认识到了志愿服务活动的重要性,因此有着越来越多的人投身到志愿队伍里。在这个队伍里,大学生们毫无疑问是队伍中的一支主力军,他们不仅年轻、富有朝气和活力,而且也积极参与了学校及社会组织的各项志愿服务活动,为我国志愿服务活动的持续健康发展做出了积极贡献,同时还在建设社会主义和谐社会以及促进社会文明的进步发展方面发挥了不可或缺的重要作用。我国的大学生志愿服务活动是在新时期社会转型的复杂社会环境中逐渐发展起来的,经过数十年的不断发展变化,我国大学生志愿服务活动的发展状况从总体上来说是上升的、前进的,并在一定程度上取得了相应的进步与成就,但与西方发达国家相比,我国的大学生志愿服务活动不仅起步较晚,而且发展也不够成熟,在很多方面仍存在有许多不足之处,如何规范和引导我国大学生志愿服务活动的持续健康发展已经成为我国当前社会的一个重要研究课题。本文就我国大学生志愿服务活动的基本概况、存在的问题及原因、相关解决对策三个部分进行了较为详尽的探讨和研究。具体来说,本文主要分为以下四个方面：第一部分是论文的引言和摘要部分,对论文的选题的背景、当前我国的研究现状等进行了综合阐述,这些可行性的论证,为本文正文的详细论述作了一个预先的铺垫。第二部分是关于当前我国大学生志愿服务活动的一些概述。主要是从理论方面对志愿者、志愿精神、志愿服务的根本定义展开了相关论述,并对大学生志愿者以及大学生志愿服务的相关定义及其在我国的发展情况和形式进行了较为详细的论述。第三部分指出了当前我国在开展大学生志愿服务活动的过程中所存在的问题并对所产生问题的原因进行了相应分析。第四部分也是本文的最后一个部分,即对第三部分中所指出的问题在结合我国实际国情的基础之上提出了具有针对性的解决对策。概括来说,就是不仅需要加强对大学生志愿者自身的教育和引导,提高其服务水平和服务质量,而且还需要学校内部相关组织建立健全对大学生志愿服务活动的相关管理机制,同时还需要社会给予大学生志愿者以大力的关注和支持,完善与之相关的政策与法律法规。只有这样才能推进我国大学生志愿服务活动的持续健康发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the extensive development of voluntary service activities in China, more and more people begin to realize the importance of voluntary service activities, so more and more people join in the volunteer team. In this team, there is no doubt that college students are a major force in the team. They are not only young, energetic and energetic, but also actively participate in the voluntary service activities of schools and social organizations. It has made positive contributions to the sustained and healthy development of voluntary service activities in China, and has also played an indispensable and important role in building a harmonious socialist society and promoting the progress and development of social civilization. The voluntary service activities of college students in our country are gradually developed in the complex social environment of social transformation in the new period. After decades of continuous development and changes, the development of voluntary service activities of college students in our country is on the whole rising. To a certain extent, we have made corresponding progress and achievements, but compared with the western developed countries, the voluntary service activities of college students in our country not only started late, but also developed insufficiently. There are still many deficiencies in many aspects. How to standardize and guide the sustained and healthy development of college students' voluntary service activities has become an important research topic in our current society. In this paper, the basic situation of college students' voluntary service activities, the problems and reasons, and the relevant countermeasures are discussed and studied in detail. Specifically, this paper is divided into the following four aspects: the first part is the introduction and summary of the paper, the background of the topic, the current research situation in China, etc. These feasibility arguments, for the text of the detailed discussion made a forerunner. The second part is about the present university student volunteer service activity of our country some summary. Mainly from the theoretical point of view of volunteers, volunteerism, the basic definition of the development of the relevant discussion, The definition of volunteer and volunteer service of college students and its development and form in China are discussed in detail. The third part points out the existing problems in the process of carrying out the voluntary service activities of college students in our country and analyzes the causes of the problems. The fourth part is also the last part of this paper, that is to say, the problems pointed out in the third part are based on the actual situation of our country. To sum up, it is necessary not only to strengthen the education and guidance of university students' volunteers themselves, to improve their service level and service quality, but also to establish and improve the relevant management mechanism for college students' voluntary service activities by relevant organizations within the school. At the same time, the society also needs to pay great attention and support to the volunteers of college students, and perfect the relevant policies and laws and regulations. Only in this way can we promote the sustained and healthy development of college students' voluntary service activities.
