论澳大利亚八校联盟高等教育国际化战略及启示

【摘要】：随着社会经济的迅速发展和国际交流的日益频繁,高等教育国际化已成为许多国家高等教育发展的重要特征。澳大利亚作为世界高等教育国际化舞台上的后起之秀,形成了颇具特色的国际化模式。而由澳大利亚一流大学组成的八校联盟作为机构和其成员大学近年在国际化战略和举措方面形成显著特色,如积极与海外高校战略联盟的合作,建立国际学生服务体系和国际化的校园环境,促进教职员工和学生的高度流动性。其战略举措和经验对我国的高等教育国际化发展有很大的启示,值得我们去借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and the increasing frequency of international communication, the internationalization of higher education has become an important feature of the development of higher education in many countries. As a rising star on the international stage of higher education in the world, Australia has formed a distinctive internationalization model. As an institution and its member universities, the eight Schools Alliance, which is composed of Australia's top universities, has developed remarkable characteristics in internationalization strategies and initiatives in recent years, such as active cooperation with strategic alliances of overseas universities. Establish international student service system and international campus environment to promote high mobility of faculty and students. Its strategic measures and experiences have great implications for the internationalization of higher education in China, and are worthy of our reference.
