高等教育场域中社会流动和阶层固化的社会学思考

【摘要】：教育与社会分层的关系问题一直是教育社会学的热点研究领域,而高等教育在社会流动中的作用问题,同样是高等教育在社会分层影响中的重要考量和参数。教育作为个体跨越阶层障碍的"撑杆",具有促使自身阶层向上流动的积极作用。然而,在社会转型和发展期受诸多因素影响,高等教育助推个体积极的社会流动的功能不断弱化,相反却加剧了社会阶层的固化,进而导致"精英循环"与"蚁族复制"现象的并行。
[Abstract]:The relationship between education and social stratification has always been a hot research field in the sociology of education, and the role of higher education in social mobility is also an important consideration and parameter of higher education in the influence of social stratification. Education, as a support for individuals to cross class barriers, plays a positive role in promoting upward mobility of their own strata. However, during the period of social transformation and development, the function of higher education to promote positive social mobility has been weakened, on the contrary, it has aggravated the solidification of social stratum. This leads to the parallel phenomenon of "elite cycle" and "ant tribe replication".
