新一代大学生群体公共服务动机的实证研究

【摘要】:Perry提出的公共服务动机理论扩展了对人行为的"规范"和"情感"解释,在国外逐渐成为公共部门激励理论研究的热点。而随着成长于我国改革开放环境的新一代大学生群体正逐渐成为各类公共部门的主力军,有必要对该群体的公共服务动机及相关影响因素进行实证研究。本研究修订并利用PSM量表对某部属高校新一代大学生群体进行调查,结果显示:PSM与家庭结构、社团管理者经历、成长地、年级、专业及职业意向等因素相关;而且低PSM群体行为的从众程度高于高PSM群体的行为;在促进其工作积极性的激励要素偏好上,低PSM组更为偏好围绕当下工作的短期倾向的激励要素,而高PSM组人群相对更偏好围绕未来发展的长期倾向的激励要素。
[Abstract]:Perry's theory of motivation for public service expands the explanation of "norm" and "emotion" of human behavior, and gradually becomes the focus of research on motivation theory of public sector abroad. With the new generation of college students growing up in the environment of reform and opening up in China, they are gradually becoming the main force of all kinds of public departments. It is necessary to make an empirical study on the motivation of public service and the related influencing factors of this group. This study revised and used the PSM scale to investigate the new generation of college students in a subordinate university. The results showed that: PSM was related to family structure, community manager's experience, growing place, grade, professional and professional intention and so on. And the behavior of low PSM group is higher than that of high PSM group. The high PSM group preferred the long-term propensity to develop in the future.
