基于云服务的校园微信息管理系统研究与实践

【摘要】:随着校园信息化建设的迅速发展及广泛普及,教师、学生以及家长通过互联网或移动互联网在各PC及手机等移动终端之间的信息沟通更加多元化、简短化,所谓“微信息”也就由此而来。就现阶段而言,许多学校对微信息的需求越来越多,对微信息的要求也越来越多,但学校自身信息管理工具以及投入成本有限,如何有效地将海量的微信息管理起来并永久保存;如何更好共享微信息所形成的教育信息流;已成为现阶段校园信息化可持续发展的关键问题,也是校园信息化建设更好地服务于学校教学工作和管理工作的核心问题。 本文结合实际工作研究的校园微信息管理系统是利用云服务和移动互联网的创新应用,以微信息为主要表现形式,用于校园内部和家校之间师生、家长沟通以及教学辅助办公的工具。系统利用云服务等云计算相关技术解决了海量微信息的存储、共享和呈现问题,对节省学校物力和人力资源,推进教育信息化建设具有积极作用。 基于云服务的校园微信息管理系统是在实践中应运而生,对校园信息管理改进有一定指导和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and wide spread of campus information construction, teachers, students and parents are more diversified and brief in information communication between various mobile terminals such as PC and mobile phone through the Internet or mobile Internet. So-called "microinformation" also comes from this. At this stage, many schools have more and more demand for microinformation, but their own information management tools and input costs are limited. How to effectively manage massive microinformation and keep it permanently, how to share the educational information flow formed by microinformation, has become the key problem of the sustainable development of campus information. It is also the core problem of campus information construction to serve school teaching and management. The campus microinformation management system, which is based on the practical work, is a new application of cloud service and mobile Internet, which is mainly represented by micro-information, and is used for teachers and students within campus and between home and school. Tools for parent communication and teaching assistance. Cloud services and other cloud computing technologies are used to solve the problem of storage, sharing and presentation of massive microinformation, which has a positive effect on saving school material and human resources and promoting the construction of educational information. The campus microinformation management system based on cloud service has emerged as the times require in practice, which has some guiding and referential significance for the improvement of campus information management.
