论国防生领导力的培养

【摘要】：国防生已成为我军军官队伍的重要来源。毕业国防生的综合素质如何,是军委总部、部队用人单位和签约高校十分关注的问题。领导力作为国防生综合素质的重要方面,是国防生在校期间,经过有目的培养、训练、转化而形成,能够服务于未来军事领导职务、能够完成未来领导过程的多种能力的统称。国防生领导力具有特殊性、阶段性、潜在性和成长性,主要包括感召力、前瞻力、影响力、沟通力、决策力、控制力和学习力。加强国防生领导力的培养,对于锻造我军未来高素质新型军事人才、组织实施国防生军政训练、提升国防生第一任职能力均有重要意义。本文基于对国防生领导力概念的界定,按照“提出问题一剖析原因一寻求对策”的思路,对湖南某大学国防生领导力培养现状作了调查,归纳得出领导意愿强烈、拥有骨干经历、责任心强的国防生,其领导力评估较高；高校国防生领导力培养效果不佳的主要原因有国防生从军报国信念不够坚定、经受骨干锻炼不多、对领导知识了解不够、注重完成学业而忽视领导力发展等。文章又对美国、英国生长军官学员领导力培养工作进行考察,从培养目标、内容标准、支撑环境、方法途径、制度机制等方面作了分析,并结合我国普通高校国防生教育工作实际,就加强国防生领导力的培养,提出了“更新培养理念、优化支持环境、强化实践锻炼、完善制度体系”四点意见和建议。本文的创新之处在于从领导学视角研究国防生教育工作,提出了国防生领导力概念和加强国防生领导力培养的对策和思路。
[Abstract]:National defense students have become an important source of military officers in our army. The comprehensive quality of national defense graduates is a matter of great concern to the general headquarters of the Central military Commission, the employing units of the army and the contracted universities. As an important aspect of the comprehensive quality of the national defense students, leadership is the general name of the various abilities of the national defense students during their school years, which are formed through purposeful cultivation, training and transformation, which can serve the future military leadership positions and complete the future leadership process. National defense students' leadership has the characteristics of particularity, stage, potential and growth. It mainly includes charisma, foresight, influence, communication, decision making, control and learning. Strengthening the training of national defense students' leadership is of great significance for forging a new type of military talents with high quality in the future, organizing and implementing military and political training for national defense students, and promoting the first post ability of national defense students. Based on the definition of the concept of national defense students' leadership, according to the idea of "putting forward questions, analyzing reasons and seeking countermeasures", this paper investigates the present situation of national defense students' leadership cultivation in a certain university in Hunan Province, and concludes that the leadership will is strong. The national defense students who have the backbone experience and have a strong sense of responsibility have a high evaluation of their leadership. The main reasons for the poor leadership training of the national defense students in colleges and universities are that the national defense students' faith in serving the country is not firm enough, and they are not much trained by the backbone. Lack of understanding of leadership knowledge, focus on academic completion and neglect of leadership development. The article also makes an investigation on the leadership training of the growth officer cadets in the United States and Britain, and analyzes the training objectives, content standards, supporting environment, methods and approaches, institutional mechanisms, and so on. Combined with the practice of national defense students' education in colleges and universities in our country, this paper puts forward four suggestions and suggestions on how to strengthen the training of national defense students' leadership, such as renewing the training idea, optimizing the supporting environment, strengthening the practice and perfecting the system. The innovation of this paper lies in the study of national defense students' education from the perspective of leadership, and puts forward the concept of national defense students' leadership and the countermeasures and ideas to strengthen the cultivation of national defense students' leadership.
