宁夏大学新华学院教职员工心理契约调查研究

【摘要】:随着社会文明的发展,人们对知识的需求有增无减。近年来,高等教育的大众化让三本院校作新生力量在社会中成长起来,帮助更多的人满足了对高等教育的渴望。但三本院校毕竟不同与普通本科院校,有太多因素制约其发展。而三本院校须建立一支高素质的团队,齐心协力克服困难,共同打造三本院校的未来。因此,三本院校的教职员工群体就显得尤为重要。三本院校应该如何管理教职员工,才能使得三本院的工作高能高效,推动三本院校向前发展,是三本院校需要思考的问题。 本篇研究生论文以宁夏大学新华学院作为调研对象,通过对学院教职员工及管理层的调研,总结出这一类三本院校在现有的硬软件资源并不十分充盈的情况下,以及学院教职员工团队不稳定的现实面前,三本学院组织与教职员工之间期望的矛盾。由此指出在三本院校教职员工管理中引用良好的心理契约管理方法的重要性。并通过公平、激励等机制的相关措施来提高教职员工的满意度,即三本院校与三本院校教职员工间心理契约契合度。以此激发年轻教职员工在三本院校的工作热情以及高度责任感,与此同时还能够让三本院校教职员工在工作中获得满足感,逐步帮助宁夏大学新华学院组织建立一支稳定的教职员工队伍,使学院能够和谐稳定的发展三本之路。
[Abstract]:With the development of social civilization, people's demand for knowledge is increasing. In recent years, the popularization of higher education has made the three colleges and universities grow up in the society and help more people satisfy their desire for higher education. But the three colleges and universities are different from ordinary colleges and universities after all, there are too many factors restricting their development. Three colleges and universities must establish a high-quality team, work together to overcome difficulties, together to build the future of the three colleges. Therefore, the three colleges and universities teaching staff groups appear to be particularly important. How to manage the teaching staff in the three colleges in order to make the work of the three colleges high energy and high efficiency and to promote the development of the three colleges is the problem that should be considered in the three colleges and universities. This thesis takes Xinghua College of Ningxia University as the research object, through the investigation to the faculty and management of the college, concludes that these three colleges and universities are not very full of hardware and software resources. In front of the unstable teaching staff team, the contradiction between the organization and the staff is also discussed. Therefore, it points out the importance of using good psychological contract management method in the management of teaching staff in three colleges and universities. And through the mechanism of fairness, incentives and other related measures to improve the satisfaction of teaching staff, that is, the three colleges and universities between the staff of the psychological contract degree. In order to stimulate the young staff in the three colleges and universities work enthusiasm and a high degree of responsibility, but also to the three colleges and universities staff in the job satisfaction, It helps Xinhua College of Ningxia University to set up a stable teaching staff team, so that the College can develop three books harmoniously and steadily.
