印度高校科技创新创业人才培养策略探析

【摘要】:为实现2020年国家愿景,印度政府大力提倡高校开展科技创新创业人才培养教育,努力推进政府、高校、企业与个人开展协同创新。本文基于高校案例,分析和探讨了印度高等院校通过调整、落实科技创新创业人才培养方案而获得的相关经验,包括取得的显著成效以及面临的挑战与问题,为我国相关领域的人才培养提供参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the national vision of 2020, the Indian government strongly advocates colleges and universities to carry out scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship training and education, and strive to promote the government, universities, enterprises and individuals to carry out collaborative innovation. Based on the case study of universities, this paper analyzes and discusses the relevant experiences gained by Indian institutions of higher learning through adjusting and implementing the program of cultivating scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurial talents, including the remarkable achievements, challenges and problems faced by them. To provide reference and reference for the training of talents in related fields of our country.
