当代中国大学生就业观念的哲学反思

【摘要】：当代中国大学生就业观念受国家就业政策的变革、社会经济体制的转变、中西方多元文化、高等教育人才培养模式以及大学生主体意识的增强和自我意识的觉醒等等多种因素的影响，出现了“官本位”型、“故土难离依赖”型、“技术本位”型、“经济本位”型、“就业机会”型、“自主创业”型等为代表的多种类型的就业观念，并呈现出自主化、务实化、多元化、矛盾化、就业期望值偏高等特点。同时，受传统文化的官本位意识、西方现代文化的个人本位意识、消费文化的拜金主义倾向等消极因素影响，当代大学生就业观存在着价值观、就业观多元化，，出现了理想信念缺失、功利主义倾向、个人本位主义等问题。本文主要通过社会主义文化对大学生就业观念的引导和塑造、文化自觉与大学生就业观念的转变、实现社会主义核心价值观与就业观念的内在统一等构筑社会主义文化背景下的大学生就业观念。
[Abstract]:The concept of employment of contemporary Chinese college students is influenced by the change of national employment policy, the transformation of social and economic system, and the multiculturalism between China and the West. The influence of many factors, such as the cultivation mode of higher education talents, the enhancement of college students' subjective consciousness and the awakening of their self-consciousness, has led to the emergence of "official standard", "native land is hard to rely on", "technology standard", "economic standard", etc. There are many kinds of employment concepts represented by "employment opportunity" type and "independent enterprise" type, which are characterized by autonomy, pragmatism, diversification, contradiction and high employment expectation. At the same time, influenced by the traditional culture's official standard consciousness, the western modern culture's individual standard consciousness, the consumption culture's money worship tendency and other negative factors, the contemporary college students' employment view has the values, the employment view is diversified. There are some problems such as lack of ideal and belief, utilitarianism tendency and individualism. This article mainly through the socialist culture to the university student employment idea guidance and the mold, the cultural consciousness and the university student employment idea transformation, To realize the inner unity of socialist core values and employment concepts, and to construct the employment concept of college students under the background of socialist culture.
