国际学生流动的历史与现状

【摘要】：国际学生流动的历史大致可以追溯至高等教育发源之初,国际学生流动的实质是文化的流动,国际学生流动的过程是各国、各民族、各宗教集团之间文化的流动与交融的过程。国际学生的流动随着高等教育的发展而发展,虽然受到政治、经济、社会发展、教育状况等多种因素的影响,全球范围内国际学生流动的步伐却几乎没有停止过。20世纪50年代以来,国际学生流动的趋向依然遵循着历史规律,即表现为先进科学技术文化的吸引力和凝聚力。
[Abstract]:The history of international student mobility can be traced back to the beginning of higher education. The essence of international student mobility is the flow of culture, and the process of international student flow is the process of culture flow and blending among countries, nationalities and religious groups. The flow of international students develops with the development of higher education, although it is influenced by political, economic, social, educational and other factors. However, the pace of international student mobility in the world has hardly stopped since the 1950s, the trend of international student mobility still follows the historical law, that is, the attraction and cohesion of advanced science, technology and culture.
