青岛市民办高校教师工作满意度的调查研究

【摘要】:教师工作满意度是教师对其所从事职业以及工作条件与状况的总体的带有情绪色彩的感受与看法。心理学研究表明:工作满意度与工作行为之间有着密切的联系,具有较高工作满意度的教师在工作中能够获得更多的乐趣,出现较少的事故,抱怨也较少,能够使教师热爱本职工作、热爱学生,并努力搞好与学生家长的关系,调动多种教育资源,在教育教学活动中也可能表现出更多的创造性和活力。而且,教师工作满意度的升降直接关系到教师工作绩效的高低,关系到了优秀教师资源的去留问题,关乎民办高校的健康稳定发展。本文试以青岛市多所民办高校为例,拟通过问卷和访谈的形式对青岛市民办高校教师满意度进行全面、系统、深入的调研,对影响其工作满意度的各种因素进行全面分析的基础上,力求为我省乃至全国建立高质量的民办高校教师队伍提出一些行之有效的建议,期望为同类民办高校的发展提供一些有益的借鉴。 第一章是全文的绪论部分,主要阐述了笔者对该项课题研究的背景、意义、目的以及思路。通过宏观的角度对当下民办高校教育的发展现状及发展方向进行简单的梳理及阐述,凸显民办高校教育发展的重要性及紧迫性。 第二章对目前教师工作满意度的研究现状进行了一个系统性的梳理,综合国内外的研究成果,对工作满意度的相关理论进行了归纳与整合,同时考量了本文的研究意义及目的,,对“工作满意度”在本文中的定义做出了一个较为合理的解释,为下文的研究分析奠定了理论基础。同时,通过细致的梳理,整理出工作满意度的测量工具及其影响因素,虽然无法对此课题做出权威的定论,但是也为论述的展开提供了一些参考标准。 第三章主要对民办高校当前发展中存在的问题进行了分析,主要有政府引导层面、学校管理层面以及教师自身层面。同时,将调查问卷数据反映出的一些具体问题进行细致的归纳及分析,力求提出能够解决当下诸多矛盾及问题的有益建议。 第四章的内容是对全文论述的一个总结,针对第三章中的数据分析及问题剖析着重从政策层面、制度层面、学校层面以及教师层面四个方面提出有利于提高教师工作满意度、促进民办高校良性可持续发展的建设性意见。
[Abstract]:Teachers' job satisfaction is a general emotional feeling and view of their occupation, working conditions and conditions. Psychological studies have shown that there is a close relationship between job satisfaction and work behavior. Teachers with higher job satisfaction have more fun at work, fewer accidents and fewer complaints. It can make teachers love their work and students, and make great efforts to improve the relationship with their parents, mobilize a variety of educational resources, and may also show more creativity and vitality in educational activities. Moreover, the rise and fall of teachers' job satisfaction is directly related to the level of teachers' work performance, the quality of teachers' resources, and the healthy and stable development of private colleges and universities. Taking many private colleges and universities in Qingdao as an example, this paper intends to conduct a comprehensive, systematic and in-depth investigation on the satisfaction of teachers in private colleges and universities in Qingdao through questionnaires and interviews. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of various factors affecting their job satisfaction, some effective suggestions are put forward for the establishment of high-quality teachers in private colleges and universities in our province and even in the whole country. It is expected to provide some useful reference for the development of similar private colleges and universities. The first chapter is the introduction of the full text, mainly describes the background, significance, purpose and thinking of the research. Through the macroscopic angle to the present private university education development present situation and the development direction carries on the simple combing and the elaboration, highlights the private university education development importance and the urgency. The second chapter systematically combs the current research status of teachers' job satisfaction, synthesizes the domestic and foreign research results, summarizes and integrates the relevant theories of job satisfaction, and considers the significance and purpose of this paper. The definition of "job satisfaction" in this paper is explained in a reasonable way, which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research and analysis. At the same time, through careful combing, the measurement tools of job satisfaction and its influencing factors are sorted out. Although it is impossible to make an authoritative conclusion on this subject, it also provides some reference standards for the development of the discussion. The third chapter mainly analyzes the problems existing in the current development of private colleges and universities, mainly at the level of government guidance, school management and teachers themselves. At the same time, some specific problems reflected in the questionnaire data are summed up and analyzed in detail, and some useful suggestions are put forward to solve the problems. The fourth chapter is a summary of the full text, focusing on the third chapter of the data analysis and problem analysis from the policy level, the system level, the school level and the teacher level four aspects to improve teachers' job satisfaction. Constructive suggestions for promoting the benign and sustainable development of private colleges and universities.
