新建本科院校工程教育课程体系改革研究

【摘要】:随着工程的内涵和外延不断扩大,工程任务变得更加复杂,对工程技术人员的要求越来越高,而当今工程教育课程体系难以适应工程技术人才培养的需要。因此,在查阅国内外文献的基础上,对新建本科院校工程教育课程体系的设置进行了分析,并借鉴美国欧林工学院课程体系设置的经验,重新构建了工程教育的课程体系。研究的主要工作如下:1.针对高等工程教育发展的现状,通过广泛收集国内外相关资料,对国内外关于高等工程教育课程体系的相关研究进行了综述,在此基础上了解了当今世界工程教育的改革趋势:综合化和实践化。2.通过对南昌工程学院、铜陵学院、宿州学院、淮阴师范学院和西昌学院这5所新建本科院校工程教育的课程体系设置现状进行分析,并通过与美国欧林工学院课程体系的比较,指出新建本科院校工程教育课程体系的改革方向。3.在具体分析新建本科院校工程教育课程体系在培养目标、课程内容、课程结构、课程实施和课程评价方面存在问题的基础上,依据培养目标、工程教育利益相关者(学生、教师、企业)的诉求,结合大工程的要求,重构我国新建本科院校工程教育的课程体系,并从师资队伍建设和新课程评价体系(CCEM-EEC)两方面保障新课程体系的良性运行。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of the connotation and extension of engineering, engineering tasks become more and more complex, and the requirements of engineering technicians are becoming higher and higher. However, the current engineering education curriculum system is difficult to meet the needs of engineering talents training. Therefore, on the basis of consulting the literature at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the setting up of engineering education curriculum system in new undergraduate colleges, and reconstructs the course system of engineering education by referring to the experience of the course system set up in Olin Institute of Technology in the United States. The main work of the study is as follows: 1: 1. In view of the current situation of the development of higher engineering education, this paper summarizes the relevant research on the curriculum system of higher engineering education at home and abroad by collecting the relevant information at home and abroad. On this basis, the author understands the reform trend of engineering education in the world: integration and practice. By analyzing the present situation of the curriculum system of engineering education in five newly established undergraduate colleges, Nanchang Engineering College, Tongling College, Suzhou University, Huaiyin normal University and Xichang College, and comparing it with the course system of Olin Institute of Technology in the United States, This paper points out the reform direction of engineering education curriculum system in new undergraduate colleges. On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the course system of engineering education in newly established undergraduate colleges and universities in terms of training objectives, curriculum contents, curriculum structure, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation, according to the training objectives, engineering education stakeholders (students), The demands of teachers and enterprises, combined with the requirements of large projects, reconstitute the curriculum system of engineering education in new undergraduate colleges and universities in China, and ensure the benign operation of the new curriculum system from two aspects: the construction of the teaching staff and the evaluation system of the new curriculum (CCEM-EEC).
