大学生职业成熟度模型构建及其应用研究
[Abstract]:College students' career maturity refers to the later stage and transition period (18-24 years old) of career development, which is adjusted by Chinese cultural background, through the determination of career goals, the collection of career information, and the construction of career confidence. The acceptance of career compromise, the selection of career reference and the tradeoff of career value, the degree of preparation for the later stage of career selection and development. Starting with the literature analysis of the technical path system of this study, combined with in-depth interviews and open investigations, on the basis of pre-test and formal investigation, the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis of first-close data is carried out by using SPSS17.0 and AMOS18.0 and other data statistical processing software. Six dimensional models were obtained, including career goals, career confidence, career compromise, career reference, career value and career information. On the basis of the formal questionnaire data, this paper analyzes the development characteristics and structural characteristics of college students' career maturity by means of variance analysis, and compares them with the existing research results, and draws the relevant conclusions. Combined with the literature and existing research results, this paper observed the relevant methods of career maturity intervention, combined with the ability of scientific research to carry on the intervention research, so as to obtain the practical career guidance measures of college students' career maturity.
