大学生情感发展需要对思想政治教育实效性的影响研究

【摘要】:当前,在中央的高度重视和领导下,高校思想政治教育虽然取得了良好的成绩,但由于种种原因的限制,高校思政工作的实际效果并不理想。一方面,对高校思政工作大量投入,未能获得相应效果;另一方面,同样实施思想政治教育,但不同学校效果差异明显。据有关调研资料显示,近年来,大学生中认为学校进行的各种形式的思想政治教育有效果的、有收获的人数多徘徊在被调查对象总数的35%左右,而认为这些思想政治教育无所谓、无效果的人数比例却要远远高于这个数字,这些研究都充分反映了大学生思想政治教育实效性亟待提高的现实。因此,如何切实增强大学生思想政治教育实效性,已经成为高校思政工作中一个刻不容缓的课题。 大学生思想政治教育实效性考察的是思想政治教育活动目标达成的程度。在此过程中,大学生思想政治教育追求的是社会价值和个人价值的统一,并且最终统一于人的自由而全面的发展。在现实中,大学生虽然政治意识强烈、成才愿望高涨,但存在功利主义价值取向、生活行为失范、心理问题凸显等问题,导致大学生思想政治教育实效性在一定程度上缺失。 作为思想政治教育存在与发展的内在驱动、实践价值的主体根源、人文关怀的逻辑起点,本文尝试从心理发展状况的角度探索大学生情感发展需要,探索其与增强大学生思想政治教育实效性的关联,并在此基础上探索大学生思想政治教育新途径。为全面了解和把握高校大学生群体的情感发展现状,关注其情感发展需求,笔者借助商业网站“问卷星”这一网络平台,通过电子问卷开展调查。以网络形式开展调查,调查的环境相对更为宽松,也更加符合网络时代高校学生的习惯。本次调查随机抽取了上海的5所高校,共计180位学生参与。调查的内容涉及大学生的具体情感问题,如亲情、友情、爱情、责任感、为人处事、人生目标等方面。了解到大学生亲情比较淡漠;渴望友情,但不够珍惜;渴望与异性交往,但较少表达;责任感严重缺乏;心理承受能力比较弱。 该调查直观地展现了当代大学生情感发展需要,为增强大学生思想政治教育实效性的策略研究提供了有力的支持。以此为基础,,强调情感教育,强化人文关怀,推广朋辈辅导,加强情感体验教育;优化体系改革,规范教育者进入的人格特质审核程序,完善思政工作队伍等稳定机制,提高思想政治教育者综合素质;注重环境熏陶,营造良好社会环境、家庭环境、校园环境、网络环境。最终以大学生个人价值和社会价值的统一实现为目标,切实增强大学生思想政治教育实效性。
[Abstract]:At present, under the leadership of the central government, ideological and political education in colleges and universities has made good achievements, but due to the limitations of various reasons, the actual effect of ideological and political work in colleges and universities is not ideal. On the one hand, the ideological and political work in colleges and universities has been heavily invested and failed to obtain corresponding results; on the other hand, ideological and political education has also been carried out, but the effects of different schools are obviously different. According to relevant research materials, in recent years, among college students, the number of students who think that various forms of ideological and political education carried out by the school are effective and the number of people who have gained more hovers around 35% of the total number of subjects surveyed. However, the proportion of people who have no effect is far higher than this number. These studies fully reflect the reality that the actual effect of ideological and political education of college students needs to be improved. Therefore, how to effectively enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students has become an urgent task in the ideological and political work. The actual effect of college students' ideological and political education is the degree of achieving the goal of ideological and political education. In this process, the ideological and political education of college students pursues the unity of social value and individual value, and finally unified in the free and comprehensive development of human. In reality, although college students have strong political consciousness and high desire to become talented, there are some problems such as utilitarian value orientation, abnormal living behavior and prominent psychological problems, which lead to the lack of effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education to a certain extent. As the internal driving force of the existence and development of ideological and political education, the main source of practical value and the logical starting point of humanistic concern, this paper attempts to explore the needs of college students' emotional development from the angle of psychological development. This paper explores its relation with enhancing the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education, and explores a new way of college students' ideological and political education on this basis. In order to fully understand and grasp the current situation of college students' emotional development and pay attention to their emotional development needs, the author carries out an investigation through electronic questionnaire with the help of the network platform of "questionnaire star", a commercial website. The investigation is carried out in the form of network, the environment of investigation is more relaxed, and it is more in line with the habits of college students in the internet age. The survey randomly selected 5 universities in Shanghai, a total of 180 students participated. The content of the investigation involves the specific emotional problems of college students, such as family, friendship, love, sense of responsibility, dealing with people, life goals and so on. Understand that college students are indifferent to family; yearning for friendship, but not enough to cherish; eager to communicate with the opposite sex, but less expression; sense of responsibility is seriously lacking; psychological tolerance is relatively weak. The investigation intuitively shows the emotional development needs of contemporary college students and provides a powerful support for the study of strategies to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students. On this basis, it emphasizes emotional education, strengthens humanistic care, popularizes peer counseling, strengthens emotional experience education, optimizes system reform, standardizes the vetting procedures for personality traits entered by educators, and consummates stable mechanisms such as ideological and political work teams. Improve the comprehensive quality of ideological and political educators, pay attention to the environment edification, create a good social environment, family environment, campus environment, network environment. Finally, the goal of unifying the individual value and social value of college students is to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
