广东高校产学研组织模式分析与政策建议

【摘要】：目前很多高校与企业的产学研联系都建立在短期的项目合作基础上,如何建立产学研合作的长效机制是面临的重要问题。通过对华南理工大学产学研组织形式、合作对象和合作形式,以及广东外语外贸大学结合多语种研究优势建立的国际战略研究院和国际服务外包研究院的产学研模式的梳理,提出高校应在校级层面进行制度设计,为产学研提供组织保障条件,有利于高校与政府、企业建立长期稳定的产学研合作关系;同时也提出教学型大学应该结合自身优势学科、瞄准具体产业、推动产学研工作发展,高职院校注意加强与中小企业的合作等政策建议。
[Abstract]:At present, many colleges and universities have established their relations with enterprises on the basis of short-term project cooperation, and how to establish a long-term mechanism of industry-study-research cooperation is an important problem. Through combing the organization form, the cooperation object and the cooperation form of the South China University of Science and Technology, as well as the international strategic research institute and the international service outsourcing research institute established by Guangdong University of Foreign Studies combined with the advantages of multilingual research, It is pointed out that colleges and universities should carry out system design at the school level to provide organizational guarantee conditions for the production, learning and research, which is conducive to the establishment of a long-term and stable cooperative relationship between production, learning and research among universities and the government and enterprises, and also points out that teaching universities should combine their own superior disciplines. Aiming at specific industries, promoting the development of industry, college and research, higher vocational colleges pay attention to strengthening cooperation with small and medium-sized enterprises and other policy recommendations.
