高等教育发展若干重要关系思考

【摘要】：正党的十八大报告提出"推动高等教育内涵式发展",进一步明确了高等教育改革发展的方向。全面贯彻落实高等教育内涵式发展的战略部署,需要正确认识和处理影响高等教育发展的若干重大关系。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China puts forward the idea of "promoting the implicit development of higher education", which further clarifies the direction of the reform and development of higher education.
