基于微格教学实践共同体的生物师范生教学技能训练研究

【摘要】:近几年,中国教育改革的视角不断地投向了教师专业发展以及教师教育领域。教师教育大学化、师范院校综合化、教师发展专业化是当代教师教育改革的基本特征。社会的发展和新课程改革的深入,对教师提出了更高的要求。我国的中小学教师从来没有像今天这样有这么多的培训。但职前教师教育也就是师范生的培养却一直没有得到很好改善和重视。尤其是进行扩招之后,师范生教学技能培训压力逐渐增大。凸显师范院校“师范”特色,建设高素质专业化教师队伍,是新时期教育事业科学发展的重要任务和紧迫要求。 计算机、互联网、多媒体、超媒体等现代信息技术的出现,带来的不仅是技术的创新,人们还试图通过技术的支撑在实践层面上创造适合于知识时代的新的学习方式以及相应的全新的教育、教学、培训形式的努力。 本文在调查并分析生物科学师范生教学技能学习的现状、存在的问题、原因的基础上,从提高生物师范生的微格教学课程的有效性入手,从构建微格教学实践共同体的角度来完善生物师范生大学期间的教学技能训练方案。构建微格教学实践共同体目的在于解决师范院校微格教学课时少,师资缺等实际问题,把本专业师范生发展为一个学习共同体,并通过生物教学论和微格教学课程的实施,在教师、师范生和其他助学者之间建构实践共同体。师范生通过“微格教学实践共同体”的学习组织形式,锻炼教学技能,熟悉中学生物教材,促进学习交流,将教学技能训练常态化。最终达到提升一般院校生物师范生教学技能水平,增加他们在教师招聘考试中的竞争力的目的。同时对微格教学实践共同体的“泛在学习环境”构建和共同体成员之间的互动平台方面提出了确切可行的措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the perspective of China's education reform has been directed to teacher professional development and teacher education. The basic characteristics of contemporary teacher education reform are unifying teachers' education, synthesizing normal colleges and developing teachers' specialization. With the development of the society and the deepening of the new curriculum reform, teachers are required higher. Our primary and middle school teachers have never had so much training as today. However, the pre-service teacher education, that is, the training of normal students, has not been well improved and paid attention to. Especially after the expansion of enrollment, the pressure of teaching skills training for normal students is gradually increasing. It is an important task and urgent requirement for the scientific development of education in the new period to highlight the characteristics of normal colleges and universities and to build a contingent of highly qualified and specialized teachers. The emergence of modern information technologies, such as computers, the Internet, multimedia and hypermedia, has brought not only technological innovations, Through the support of technology, people also try to create new learning methods suitable for the knowledge age and the corresponding new forms of education, teaching and training on the practical level. On the basis of investigating and analyzing the present situation, existing problems and reasons of teaching skills of normal students of biology science, this paper begins with the improvement of the effectiveness of microteaching courses for students of biological normal schools. From the point of view of constructing microteaching practice community, the teaching skill training scheme of biology normal college students should be perfected. The purpose of constructing the community of microteaching practice is to solve the practical problems such as less teaching time and shortage of teachers in normal colleges and universities, and to develop the normal students of their major into a learning community, and through the implementation of biology teaching theory and microteaching curriculum. Construct a community of practice between teachers, normal students and other students. Through the study organization form of "Microteaching practice Community", normal students can exercise their teaching skills, familiarize themselves with biology teaching materials in middle schools, promote learning and communication, and normalize their teaching skills training. Finally, the aim is to improve the teaching skills of normal college biology students and increase their competitiveness in the teacher recruitment examination. At the same time, the author puts forward some feasible measures on the construction of "universal learning environment" in the community of microteaching practice and the interactive platform among the members of the community.
