“90后”大学生宿舍人际关系研究

【摘要】:宿舍人际关系是大学生人际关系中最普遍、最直接和最重要的人际关系之一。“90后”大学生出生、成长在改革开放不断深化、经济全球化、文化多元化的时代,他们充满激情、勇于尝试但心理承受力比较脆弱;他们自我意识、独立意识强烈但对父母的依赖性较大;他们价值观务实但功利性明显。这一群体所具有的诸多特殊性必然影响其宿舍人际关系的营建,而近年来我国高校因宿舍人际冲突而导致的血案频发现象,,则进一步凸显了对“90后”大学生宿舍人际关系予以研究的现实必要性。 为了客观再现90后大学生宿舍人际关系的现状,揭示其中存在的矛盾或冲突,为高校德育及大学生事务管理提供一定的参考与指导,本文采用自编的《“90后”大学生宿舍人际关系调查问卷》,对武汉工程大学两所学院800名全日制本科大学生进行了问卷调查,并使用自编的《“90后”大学生宿舍人际关系访谈提纲》对20名全日制本科大学生进行深度访谈。通过调查发现,当前我国“90后”大学生宿舍人际关系状况总体呈现如下五种类型,即:亲密无间型、客气友好型、独立松散型、冷漠隔阂型以及对立冲突型;“90后”大学生宿舍人际关系还存在小团体、不良人际竞争、冷战、漠视交往等问题;调查还发现,贫困生宿舍人际关系堪忧,部分贫困生在宿舍人际交往中感到不适,进而自我封闭,人际交往陷入困境。 认知偏差、情感障碍、行为能力欠缺是“90后”大学生宿舍人际冲突的主要内因;优越的家庭经济条件和“4-2-1”家庭结构制约了“90后”大学生和谐人际交往能力的形成;高校德育针对性、实效性不足以及宿舍管理不力影响了对“90后”大学生宿舍人际冲突的有效化解;多元思潮、市场经济负面效应在一定程度上干扰了“90后”大学生正确人际交往观的形成。 和谐的宿舍人际关系能给大学生带来归属感和幸福感,对其健康成长和成才具有重要意义。和谐宿舍人际关系的营建,需要90后大学生加强容忍品质的培养及其践行,也需要家长积极营建和谐家庭氛围,改变不良教养方式和狭隘的成才观,还需要高校重视德育、加强服务和管理、发挥主体作用并积极参与优化外部社会环境。
[Abstract]:Dormitory interpersonal relationship is one of the most common, direct and important interpersonal relationships among college students. The "post-90s" college students were born and grew up in an era of deepening reform and opening up, economic globalization and cultural diversity. They are full of passion, have the courage to try, but their psychological tolerance is weak; they are self-conscious, independent but dependent on their parents; their values are pragmatic but utilitarian. The particularity of this group will inevitably affect the construction of dormitory interpersonal relations, and in recent years, the frequent blood cases caused by dormitory interpersonal conflicts in colleges and universities in China. It further highlights the practical necessity of studying the interpersonal relationship of college students after 1990. In order to objectively reproduce the present situation of interpersonal relationship of post-90s college students' dormitory, reveal the contradictions or conflicts in it, and provide some reference and guidance for moral education and college student affairs management in colleges and universities. In this paper, 800 full-time undergraduate students in two colleges of Wuhan University of Engineering were investigated by using the self-designed questionnaire of interpersonal relationship in the dormitory of the "post-90s" college students. In addition, 20 full-time undergraduate students were interviewed in depth by using the self-compiled "post-90s" interview outline of interpersonal relationship in college students' dormitories. Through the investigation, it is found that there are five types of interpersonal relationship in the college dormitory of the "post-90s" students in our country at present, that is, closeness, politeness and friendliness, independence and looseness, apathy and estrangement, and opposites and conflicts; The "post-90s" college dormitory interpersonal relationship still exists in small groups, bad interpersonal competition, cold war, indifference, etc. The survey also found that the poor students' dormitory interpersonal relationship is worrying, and some poor students feel uncomfortable in the dormitory interpersonal communication. Then self-closure, interpersonal communication into a difficult situation. Cognitive bias, emotional disorder and lack of behavioral ability are the main internal causes of interpersonal conflict in post-90s college students' dormitory, the superior family economic conditions and "4-2-1" family structure restrict the formation of harmonious interpersonal communication ability of post-90s college students. The pertinence and effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities, as well as the ineffectiveness of dormitory management, have affected the effective resolution of interpersonal conflicts in dormitory of post-90s college students. To some extent, the negative effect of market economy interferes with the formation of correct interpersonal communication view of post-90s college students. Harmonious dormitory interpersonal relationship can bring college students a sense of belonging and happiness, and it is of great significance to their healthy growth and growth. The construction of harmonious dormitory interpersonal relationship requires the post-90s college students to strengthen the cultivation and practice of tolerance quality, to build a harmonious family atmosphere actively, to change the bad upbringing style and narrow view of talent, and to attach importance to moral education in colleges and universities. Strengthen service and management, give play to the main role and actively participate in the optimization of the external social environment.
