高校实验室知识管理系统用户需求分析与系统设计

【摘要】：本文对高校实验室的知识获取、知识创新、知识分享过程进行分析,设计并开发知识管理系统来帮助实验室成员高效利用沉淀下来的知识资源,进而极大提高知识创新效率。 本文的研究思路是：根据有别于商业化背景的科研活动中的三重螺旋知识创新模型设计调查问卷并且收回有效的124份问卷；开发了基于参考点的问卷调查分析系统分析了实验室用户认为最重要与最关键的问题,并在此基础上提出实验室知识管理系统所应具备的功能：进一步详细构建该系统负责不同功能的了系统与模块,集成并形成可供实验室使用的一体化知识管理系统。 本文将知识管理的理念运用到支持高校实验室的科研活动中来,最终应用于华东理工大学由刘伯平教授带领的烯烃聚合与催化研究所,以实例证明该系统有助于理工科实验室知识管理水平的提高以及对科研创新过程产牛实质性的帮助。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the process of knowledge acquisition, knowledge innovation and knowledge sharing in university laboratories, designs and develops a knowledge management system to help lab members utilize the accumulated knowledge resources efficiently, and thus greatly improve the efficiency of knowledge innovation. The research ideas of this paper are as follows: according to the triple helix knowledge innovation model in the scientific research activities which is different from the commercial background, the questionnaire is designed and the valid 124 questionnaires are collected; A reference point based questionnaire analysis system is developed to analyze the most important and critical problems that the laboratory users consider to be the most important and critical. On this basis, the functions of the laboratory knowledge management system are put forward: further, the system and modules which are responsible for different functions of the system are constructed in detail, and the integrated knowledge management system for the laboratory is integrated and formed. In this paper, the concept of knowledge management is applied to support the research activities of university laboratories, and finally applied to the Institute of Olefin Polymerization and Catalysis led by Professor Liu Boping of East China University of Science and Technology. Examples show that the system is helpful to the improvement of knowledge management level in science and engineering laboratories and to the substantial help of cattle production in the process of scientific research and innovation.
