大学城建设对区域城市化进程的推动研究

【摘要】：大学城是一种高等教育现象。英美国家由于其经济发达,高等教育发展较早,故最早出现了大学城现象。如美国的斯坦福以及英国的剑桥都是世界上历史悠久的大学城。高等教育机构的主要任务和责任就是研究科学与技术,而大学城是整合资源的途径,它有效地集合了各种教育、城市、社会的资源,它在发展科学、创造新的生产力的过程中扮演了非常重要的角色。在国家提出“双引擎”发展战略的今天,知识、科学、文化、技术、管理等创新更是成为了城市发展必不可少的重点要素。本文结合了专访法、文献研究法与实证研究法将大学城建设对城市化进程的推动作用作了定性和定量的分析,对大学城的历史进行了追溯,总结了大学城具有开放、共享、多元及超前的性质,为城市发展带来了集聚效应、投资乘数效应、外部正效应和联动效应。在这些效应的发挥下,大学城建设促进了区域的产业和城市综合竞争力的两个方面的发展,带动了高新产业、创新产业、文化产业的发展,优化了产业结构；改变了城市空间结构,改善了交通基础设施,打造了宜居的生活环境,促进了城市可持续发展。通过举出国外两个大学城对城市化的推动实例,以及郫县大学城的个例调查研究的实际数据,得出了大学城建设促进了城市经济、社会、以及人口等各方面的城市化,推动了区域城市化进程。
[Abstract]:The university town is a phenomenon of higher education. Due to its developed economy and early development of higher education, the British and American countries first appeared the phenomenon of university town. Stanford in the United States and Cambridge in the United Kingdom are the world's oldest university towns. The main task and responsibility of higher education institutions is to study science and technology, and the university town is the way to integrate resources. It effectively aggregates all kinds of educational, urban and social resources, and it is developing science. The process of creating new productivity plays a very important role. With the development strategy of "double engines" put forward by our country, innovation of knowledge, science, culture, technology, management and so on has become an indispensable key element of urban development. This paper combines the exclusive interview method, the literature research method and the empirical research method to make the qualitative and quantitative analysis on the promoting effect of the university town construction to the urbanization process, has carried on the tracing back to the history of the university town, has summarized the university town has the opening, the sharing, The multivariate and advanced nature brings agglomeration effect, investment multiplier effect, external positive effect and linkage effect for urban development. Under these effects, the construction of university town promotes the development of regional industry and the comprehensive competitiveness of the city, promotes the development of high-tech industry, innovation industry and cultural industry, and optimizes the industrial structure. It has changed the urban spatial structure, improved the transportation infrastructure, created the livable living environment, and promoted the sustainable development of the city. By citing two college towns abroad as an example of promoting urbanization, and the actual data from the investigation and study of an individual case of Pixian University Town, it is concluded that the construction of a university town has promoted urbanization in various aspects, such as urban economy, society, and population. Promote the regional urbanization process.
