大学生生涯规划诉求与实现的有机融合

【摘要】：大学生生涯规划是大学生将自我评价和对环境评估两者结合起来,进行比较和判断,形成的成长方案。引导大学生生涯规划的前提是了解他们生涯规划诉求的特征,在此基础上本着综合原则、发展原则和实效原则,全面、系统地推进此项工作,帮助他们构建一套生涯规划自我调适系统,服务大学生成长、成才。
[Abstract]:College students' career planning is a growth plan which combines self-evaluation and environmental assessment to compare and judge. The premise of guiding college students' career planning is to understand the characteristics of their career planning demands, on the basis of which the comprehensive principle, the development principle and the actual effect principle are used to advance this work comprehensively and systematically. To help them to build a career planning self-adjustment system to serve the growth of college students.
