隐性知识挖掘的高校创业教育:理念变革与对策探讨

【摘要】:开展高质量高水准的创业教育是高校顺应知识经济时代对创新人才需求的必然选择。高校创业教育除了要授予学生创业知识,更要培养学生的创业能力、创业素养和创业心理。隐性知识作为知识创新和价值创造的关键,对于高校开展创业教育,培养高素质创新型的创业人才具有至关重要的作用。创业教育中隐性知识的挖掘要关注从隐性知识发掘开始、经由隐性知识转化和隐性知识分享、到隐性知识内化的整个循环过程。文章认为转变创业教育观念是开展基于隐性知识挖掘的创业教育的前提,创造校园创业文化、构建实践教学体系、搭建创业孵化基地和整合社会创业资源等的具体对策是提升创业教育质量的保障。
[Abstract]:Developing high-quality and high-standard entrepreneurship education is an inevitable choice for colleges and universities to meet the needs of innovative talents in the era of knowledge economy. Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities should not only grant students entrepreneurial knowledge, but also cultivate students' entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial literacy and entrepreneurial psychology. As the key of knowledge innovation and value creation, tacit knowledge plays an important role in developing entrepreneurship education and cultivating innovative talents with high quality in colleges and universities. The mining of tacit knowledge in entrepreneurship education should focus on the whole process of tacit knowledge internalization from tacit knowledge mining through tacit knowledge transformation and tacit knowledge sharing. The paper holds that changing the concept of entrepreneurship education is the premise of developing entrepreneurship education based on tacit knowledge mining, creating campus entrepreneurial culture and constructing practical teaching system. The concrete countermeasures to build incubator base and integrate social entrepreneurial resources are to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education.
