大学生思想政治教育的个性化教育研究

【摘要】:21世纪是知识化、信息化的时代,它对人才的要求不仅是知识广博,还要求人才具有丰富的情感、健康的个性,应德才兼备,全面发展,,和谐发展。因此,培养人的健康个性成为近年来各国德育凸显的重要内容。加强思想政治教育的个性化教育研究对于体现思想政治教育的性质,提高思想政治教育的有效性,培养受教育者的个性,促进其创新性,最终实现其素质的全面发展具有重大意义。 本文首先从整体上对个性化教育进行探索,力求准确界定个性,揭示个性化教育的内涵,阐述思想政治教育的个性化教育的定义、内容及特点。在概括大学生思想政治教育的个性化教育内涵的基础上,探讨在大学生思想政治教育中加强个性化教育的理论与现实依据。从理论视角看,在思想政治教育中加强个性化教育有科学发展观、因材施教思想、多元智力理论和人本主义教育思想为其提供依据;从现实出发,中国现代化发展的客观要求和高校培养创新型人才的内在需求两个方面反映出加强个性化教育是思想政治教育发展的必然趋势。随之在大学生思想政治教育的个性化教育现状分析中,总结其发展成效,剖析其在教育内容、教学方法等五个方面所面临的问题及原因,为实施策略的提出做铺垫。 思想政治教育作为以促进人的全面发展为目标的教育活动,必须紧跟时代步伐,科学分析和把握当代大学生的个性特征,转变教育观念,结合以培养学生主体性、独特性和创造性为主的个性化教育;根据个性化教育目标和大学生心理发展规律,优化教学内容,结合实践;改革创新教学方式方法,突出个性化教育的艺术;加强思想政治教育队伍建设,建立新型师生关系;优化环境,实现隐性个性化教育;构建个性化的评价机制,真正实现社会发展和个体发展的和谐统一。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is an era of knowledge and information. Its requirement for talents is not only extensive knowledge, but also rich emotion and healthy personality, should be both moral and talented, all-round development and harmonious development. Therefore, the cultivation of healthy personality has become an important content of moral education in recent years. Strengthening the research on individualized education of ideological and political education can reflect the nature of ideological and political education, improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, cultivate the personality of the educated, and promote its innovation. It is of great significance to realize the overall development of its quality. At first, this article explores the individualized education from the whole, tries to define the individuality accurately, reveals the connotation of the individualized education, and expounds the definition, content and characteristics of the individualized education of ideological and political education. On the basis of summarizing the connotation of individualized education of college students' ideological and political education, this paper probes into the theoretical and practical basis of strengthening individualized education in college students' ideological and political education. From the perspective of theory, strengthening individualized education in ideological and political education has the scientific development view, which is based on the theory of teaching students according to their aptitude, the theory of pluralistic intelligence and the educational thought of humanism. From the reality, the objective requirements of the development of China's modernization and the internal demand of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities reflect that strengthening individualized education is the inevitable trend of the development of ideological and political education. Then, in the analysis of the status quo of individualized education of college students' ideological and political education, the author summarizes its development effect, analyzes its problems and reasons in five aspects, such as the content of education and teaching methods, and lays the groundwork for putting forward the implementation strategy. Ideological and political education, as an educational activity aimed at promoting the all-round development of human beings, must closely follow the pace of the times, scientifically analyze and grasp the personality characteristics of contemporary college students, change the educational concept and combine it with the cultivation of students' subjectivity. Individualized education based on uniqueness and creativity; According to the goal of individualized education and the law of college students' psychological development, we should optimize the teaching content, combine with practice, reform teaching methods and methods, highlight the art of individualized education, strengthen the construction of ideological and political education team, and establish a new relationship between teachers and students. Optimize the environment, realize the hidden individualized education, construct the individualized evaluation mechanism, realize the harmonious unity of social development and individual development.
