大学诚信文化建设研究

【摘要】：诚信是人之为人的基本道德规范，也是社会秩序正常运行的重要基础。当前我国正处于社会转型的关键时期，面对经济全球化、文化多元化浪潮的不断冲击，以及国内外思想观念的不断交锋、碰撞，使得大学校园中学术作假、考试舞弊等不诚信现象屡见不鲜。我们认为，通过建设大学诚信文化可以提升大学师生员工的诚信品质和素养，对于贯彻落实十八大建设诚信社会的基本要求，推动学校培养高素质复合人才，促进社会和谐稳定具有非常重要的现实意义。本文包括四个部分，第一部分是引言，主要分析大学诚信文化建设的研究背景、国内外研究现状、研究意义、研究思路和方法以及本文创新之处。第二部分是大学诚信文化建设概述。首先，对诚信、诚信文化及大学诚信文化的内涵、特征和功能进行概述；其次，论述了大学诚信文化建设的内容和意义。第三部分是大学诚信文化建设现状及存在问题的成因分析。首先，对目前大学诚信现状、大学诚信文化建设现状两个方面展开调查以及对结果进行归纳总结；其次，对大学诚信文化建设取得的成效与存在问题的成因进行了深度剖析。第四部分是大学诚信文化建设的原则和对策。首先，提出了通过建设大学诚信文化需要坚持的四条基本原则，即坚持主体性原则、坚持层次性原则、坚持实践性原则和坚持循序渐进原则；其次，提出通过提升诚信理念、营造诚信环境、加强诚信教育、完善诚信制度四个对策来建设大学诚信文化。大学校园作为引领社会文化发展的前沿阵地，是培育良好诚信品质的高素质人才的摇篮，有必要发挥其特殊潜在育人功能，对大学校园文化和诚信教育理论的进行补充和完善、丰富和发展，为兴起社会主义文化建设新高潮,激发全民族文化创造活力，提高国家文化软实力①奠定夯实的基础。
[Abstract]:Honesty is the basic moral standard of human being, and it is also the important foundation of the normal operation of social order. At present, our country is in the critical period of social transformation. Facing the impact of economic globalization, the wave of cultural pluralism, and the constant confrontation and collision of ideas and ideas at home and abroad, the academic fraud in the university campus is made. Examination fraud and other bad faith phenomenon is common. We believe that by building a culture of integrity in universities, we can enhance the integrity quality and literacy of teachers, students and staff in universities, and promote schools to cultivate high-quality and complex talents to implement the basic requirements of building a credible society at the 18th National Congress of the people's Republic of China. Promoting social harmony and stability has very important practical significance. This paper includes four parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly analyzes the research background, the domestic and foreign research status, the research significance, the research thought and the method as well as the innovation of this paper. The second part is the university integrity culture construction outline. Firstly, the connotation, characteristics and functions of honesty, credit culture and university credit culture are summarized. Secondly, the content and significance of the construction of university honesty culture are discussed. The third part is the university integrity culture construction present situation and the existence question cause analysis. Firstly, the author makes an investigation on the present situation of university honesty and credit culture construction and summarizes the results. Secondly, the paper makes a deep analysis of the achievements and causes of the problems in the construction of university honesty culture. The fourth part is the principles and countermeasures of the construction of university credit culture. Firstly, it puts forward four basic principles to be adhered to through the construction of university honesty culture, that is, to adhere to the principle of subjectivity, to adhere to the principle of hierarchy, to adhere to the principle of practice and to adhere to the principle of gradual and orderly progress. Secondly, the author puts forward four countermeasures to construct the university honesty culture by promoting the concept of honesty and credit, creating the environment of honesty and credit, strengthening the honesty education and perfecting the credit system. As the front position of leading the development of social culture, university campus is the cradle of cultivating high quality talents with good credit quality. It is necessary to give full play to its special potential education function and complement and perfect the theory of university campus culture and honesty education. The enrichment and development lay a solid foundation for the rise of a new climax in the construction of socialist culture, the stimulation of the vitality of the national culture, and the enhancement of the soft power of the national culture.
