高校女教师生存状态的历史变迁——基于历史与社会性别的双重视角

【摘要】：面对近年来高校女教师队伍的日益壮大,从女性的社会、历史文化出发,梳理了我国不同历史时期的三种主要社会性别制度:"男女有别"、"男女平等"与"男女都一样";概括并分析了我国高校女教师先后呈现的三种生存状态:"缺席者"、"在场者"与"言说者"。旨在呼唤人们进一步关注高校女教师的利益诉求与发展趋势。这必将是一个冲破主流话语屏障、回归生活本身的难得的精神觉醒与自我发现的过程。
[Abstract]:In the face of the growing female teachers in colleges and universities in recent years, starting from the society, history and culture of women, three main social gender systems in different historical periods of our country are sorted out: "male and female differences", "equality between men and women" and "men and women alike"; This paper summarizes and analyzes three living conditions of female teachers in colleges and universities in China: absent person, present person and speaker. The purpose is to call people to pay more attention to the interest demand and development trend of female teachers in colleges and universities. This will be a rare process of spiritual awakening and self-discovery that breaks through the mainstream discourse barrier and returns to life itself.
