安徽省新建本科院校教师职业认同研究

【摘要】:教师职业认同是促进教师发展的动力,是刺激教师努力工作的内在因素。提升教师的职业认同,是促使教师改变职业态度、保持教师队伍稳定以及教师自身发展的前提。 本研究是关于安徽省新建本科院校教师职业认同的实证研究,通过问卷调查,分析了当今市场经济、价值观多元化的社会背景下,安徽省新建本科院校教师职业认同的现状,既对教师职业认同水平作出了总体分析,又从学校特征变量和教师个体特征变量两个方面,对教师职业认同作出了较深入的分析。 调查显示:(1)安徽省新建本科院校教师职业认同总体水平处于中等水平。其中教师的职业技能水平最高,职业价值观认同得分最低;(2)不同地域及办学性质院校教师职业认同水平存在着一定的差异;(3)影响高校教师职业认同不仅包括高校所在的地域及高校办学性质等外在因素,也包括教师的职称、教师的学历、性别、学科背景、年龄以及教龄等内在的因素。 目前,安徽省新建本科院校教师职业认同存在的问题主要有:(1)教师职业认同总体水平不高,相比其他省份的高校教师职业认同偏低;(2)新建本科院校年轻教师职业认同水平较低;(3)民办高校教师职业认同水平偏低;(4)教师职业价值观呈低水平徘徊状态等。 影响安徽省新建本科院校教师职业认同的因素主要有教师自身因素、组织因素、政府因素以及社会因素等四个方面。其中教师自身因素包括:教师的价值观、心理承受能力、参加培训以及教师的兴趣爱好;组织因素包括:人际关系、工作环境、学校管理方式以及学校相关制度;政府因素方面包括:工资待遇、相关政策;社会因素包括:社会变革、社会评价。 新建本科院校教师职业认同的提升需要教师自身、高校、政府以及社会四个方面共同努力。只有充分发挥教师在提升教师职业认同中的核心作用、发挥高校在提升教师职业认同中的基础作用、发挥政府在提升教师职业认同中的促进作用、发挥社会在提升教师职业认同中的协同作用,才能不断提升安徽省新建本科院校教师职业认同,不断促进新建本科院校教师专业的发展。
[Abstract]:Teachers' professional identity is the motive force to promote teachers' development and the internal factor to stimulate teachers' hard work. The promotion of teachers' professional identity is the prerequisite for teachers to change their professional attitude, maintain the stability of teachers' ranks and teachers' own development. This study is an empirical study on the professional identity of teachers in newly established colleges and universities in Anhui Province. Through a questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the current situation of teachers' professional identity in newly established colleges and universities in Anhui Province under the social background of market economy and diversified values. It not only makes a general analysis on the level of teachers' professional identity, but also makes a deeper analysis of teachers' professional identity from two aspects: the school characteristic variable and the teacher individual characteristic variable. The survey shows that: (1) the overall level of teachers' professional identity in newly-established colleges and universities in Anhui Province is at the medium level. Among them, teachers have the highest level of vocational skills and the lowest score of vocational value identity; (2) there are some differences in the level of teachers' professional identity in different regions and colleges. (3) the influence of college teachers' professional identity includes not only the region where the university is located and the nature of running a school, but also the internal factors such as the title of the teacher, the teacher's education, gender, subject background, age, teaching age and so on. At present, the problems of teachers' professional identity in newly established colleges and universities in Anhui Province are as follows: (1) the overall level of teachers' professional identity is not high, and the professional identity of teachers in colleges and universities is lower than that in other provinces; (2) the level of young teachers' professional identity is low in newly-built colleges and universities; (3) the level of teachers' professional identity is on the low side; (4) the level of teachers' professional values is hovering in a low level. There are four factors that affect the professional identity of teachers in newly established colleges and universities in Anhui Province: teachers' own factors, organizational factors, government factors and social factors. Among them, teachers' own factors include: teachers' values, psychological tolerance, participation in training and teachers' interests, organizational factors include: interpersonal relationships, working environment, school management style and school related system. Government factors include: wage treatment, related policies, social factors including: social change, social evaluation. The promotion of teachers' professional identity in newly-established colleges and universities requires the joint efforts of teachers themselves, colleges and universities, government and society. Only by giving full play to the core role of teachers in promoting teachers' professional identity, giving full play to the basic role of colleges and universities in promoting teachers' professional identity, and giving play to the role of the government in promoting teachers' professional identity, Only by giving play to the synergistic role of society in promoting teachers' professional identity can we continuously promote the professional identity of teachers in newly established colleges and universities in Anhui Province and promote the development of teachers' specialty in newly-built colleges and universities.
