大学生表达与表现能力培养与测评研究

【摘要】:本论文在梳理了相关的时代和理论背景后,对表达能力、表现能力的内涵,表达、表现能力在大学生成长发展中的重要意义进行了详细的论述,同时通过对“如何将学生能力培养理论应用于实践,如何将学生活动与学生表达与表现能力的培养进行合理的结合”这些问题的深入探讨,提出了一整套对提高大学生表达与表现能力十分行之有效的方法。由于不同的学生活动对学生能力的提高具有不同的作用,本课题通过研究筛选出合理的大学生表达与表现能力的评测指标体系,大学生表达、表现能力的科学评价与功效测量指标体系以及大学生表达、表现能力的培养等都有了深入细致的论述,并提出了独到的见解,除了辅助本研究的进行,希望能对日后相关领域的研究提供一些启示和有益的思路。 本研究主要综合运用文献研究法、经验总结法、问卷调查研究法及数据分析法等。通过文献研究整理国内外相关文献,了解国内外学者对该主题的研究及其结论,了解国内外研究历史和现状,为本文的研究奠定理论基础,并在此基础上继承创新,为理论向实践转化做好准备。通过经验总结法,对前任研究的经验进行归纳、分析、总结,在正确的理论指导下,完成从实践再到理论的新的提升。问卷调查法主要是通过发放调查问卷,调查目标群体的观点看法,可以取得第-手的资料,并通过对调查数据的分析,掌握其中的规律,从而按规律发生的条件创造一系列的工作方法,并应用于实践。 现阶段对大学生表达表现能力的研究多是仅限于理论层面或单一方面,缺乏对该能力培养的整体性把握以及具体的培养方法。本课题的主要创新性成果在于,建立大学生表达与表现能力测评要素的数学模型及分析方法,并从实证的角度对大学生表达与表现能力的培养进行研究,着重于实践的探索,重点把握各项活动的目的性和实效性,突出教育培养活动与表达与表现能力培养的直接联系。教育培养活动设计更加具体和细化,注重活动的实践可操作性,注重结果的可重复性、目的性、严格性,可以为今后的大学生表达表现能力提供实践性的研究经验。
[Abstract]:After combing the relevant times and theoretical background, this paper discusses in detail the important significance of the expression ability, the expression ability connotation, the expression ability, the expression ability in the university student growth and development. At the same time, this paper discusses how to apply the theory of cultivating students' ability to practice and how to combine student's activities with the cultivation of students' ability of expression and expression. A set of effective methods are put forward to improve college students' ability of expression and expression. Because different student activities have different effects on the improvement of students' ability, this subject selects out a reasonable evaluation index system of college students' expression and performance ability, which can be expressed by college students. The scientific evaluation and efficacy measurement index system of expressive ability, the expression of college students, the cultivation of expressive ability and so on have been discussed deeply and meticulously, and the original opinions have been put forward, in addition to assisting this research, Hope to provide some enlightenment and useful ideas for future research in related fields. This research mainly uses the literature research method, the experience summary method, the questionnaire investigation method and the data analysis method and so on. Through literature research and collation of relevant literature at home and abroad, to understand the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the subject and its conclusions, to understand the history and current situation of domestic and foreign research, to lay a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper, and to inherit and innovate on this basis. Prepare for the transformation of theory to practice. Through the method of experience summary, this paper sums up, analyzes and summarizes the former research experience, and under the guidance of correct theory, completes the new promotion from practice to theory. The method of questionnaire survey is mainly through issuing questionnaires to investigate the views of the target groups, and can obtain the information of the first hand, and through the analysis of the survey data, we can master the law of the survey. Thus a series of working methods are created according to the conditions of regular occurrence and applied in practice. At present, most of the researches on the expressive ability of college students are limited to the theoretical level or a single aspect, and lack of a holistic grasp of the ability and specific training methods. The main innovative achievement of this subject is to establish the mathematical model and analysis method of the evaluation elements of college students' expression and expression ability, and to study the cultivation of college students' expression and expression ability from the perspective of demonstration, focusing on the exploration of practice. Focus on the purpose and effectiveness of the activities, and highlight the direct relationship between educational training activities and expression ability. The design of educational training activities is more specific and detailed, and the practical maneuverability of the activities is emphasized, and the repeatability, purpose and strictness of the results can be paid attention to, which can provide practical research experience for the expression ability of college students in the future.
