我国高校青年教师教学能力发展研究

【摘要】:高校作为我国培养人才的重要场所,其教学质量决定了其人才培养的质量。而在影响教学质量的众多因素中,教师的教学能力是一项重要因素。作为我国高校教师队伍重要组成部分的青年教师,其教学能力水平将直接影响我国的人才培养质量。如何提高高校青年教师的教学能力,是高校要做的一项重要工作。研究我国高校青年教师教学能力的现状、影响因素,探讨国外青年教师教学能力的发展经验,为我国高校青年教师教学能力发展寻找有效策略,是我们义不容辞的使命。 通过对我国某综合大学青年教师教学能力现状和影响因素的调查,发现高校青年教师虽然有自己的优势,但他们教学能力发展不平衡,驾驭教学内容、因材施教、脱稿讲课、教学创新、反思以及研究等方面的能力都比较欠缺;国家政策因素、学校职前培养制度(研究生教育)、入职培养制度(岗前培训)和职后培养制度(教学研讨、导师制、讲课比赛、教学反思等)及教师个人主观因素是影响青年教师教学能力发展的重要因素。而国外在培养提高青年教师教学能力的过程中逐渐形成了职前、入职、在职的一体化培养体系,这对我国提高青年教师教学能力有很好的借鉴作用。借此,建立适合我国高校青年教师教学能力发展的引力、助力和驱力体系,最终形成我国高校青年教师教学能力发展的一体化培养体系,这将是我们提高教学和人才培养质量的重要举措。
[Abstract]:As an important place to train talents in our country, the teaching quality of colleges and universities determines the quality of talent training. Among the many factors affecting teaching quality, teachers' teaching ability is an important factor. As an important part of Chinese college teachers, the level of teaching ability will directly affect the quality of talent training in our country. How to improve the teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities is an important work to be done in colleges and universities. It is our unshirkable mission to study the present situation and influencing factors of young teachers' teaching ability in colleges and universities in China, and to explore the development experience of young teachers' teaching ability in foreign countries so as to find effective strategies for the development of young teachers' teaching ability in colleges and universities in our country. Through the investigation of the present situation and influencing factors of the teaching ability of young teachers in a certain comprehensive university in our country, it is found that although the young teachers in colleges and universities have their own advantages, their teaching ability is not balanced, they can master the teaching contents, teach according to their aptitude, and give lectures without script. The ability of teaching innovation, reflection and research are all lacking; National policy factors, school pre-service training system (graduate education), entry training system (pre-job training) and post-service training system (teaching seminar, tutorial system, lecture competition), ) and teachers' subjective factors are the important factors that affect the development of young teachers' teaching ability. In the process of training and improving young teachers' teaching ability, foreign countries have gradually formed an integrated training system of pre-service, in-service and in-service training, which has a good reference role for improving the teaching ability of young teachers in China. In order to set up a system of gravity, aid and drive for the development of teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities in China, an integrated training system for the development of teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities in China is finally formed. This will be an important measure for us to improve the quality of teaching and talent training.
